Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm.
Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane :3 mm thick. Make:STP or equivalent

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers/polyurethane having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 1:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.Make:Fosroc Nito 725 or equivalent
Methodology of applications:
1.First coat 1:1 (one part water : one part of polyurathane mix) properly mixed with stirring machine.
2.After 4 hours the second coat will be applied without water.
3.Third coat will be applied after 4 to 6 hours and allow for drying 48 hours
4.Roof will be tested with flood of water with minimum of 50mm level of water.
5.if any leakage found it will be addressed and again it is filled with water untill leakage arrest.

Patch Repair Treatment : Providing and applying of Renderoc SP 40 (Make:Fosroc or equivalent) shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fibre reinforced high strength cementitious based repair mortar shall be mixed with water in the ratio of 4.25 litres per 25kg bag of powder and apploed at an average thickness of 30mm using a steeel trowel and finished using a damp sponge.
Once the pointing mortar has dried, curing to be carried out immediately as per regular curing practice.(including required scaffolding upto floor five level)
