Washing Machine for Footwear Washability Test All the specifications of the equipment must comply to ISO 19954: 2003/ IS 8085(Part 15) Front loading, horizontal type. Washing cycle should be complied with the following: Volume of water= 18±1 ltr with variable volume. Temperature within the range of 30°C to 60°CRotation speed of the drum=5.4±0.5 rad/s (1 rad~0.16 revolutions) Drum rotation should be alternating movement. Supplier should provide 100 meters of white colored 100% mono fibre cotton textile of GSM 125±5 g/m2 Provision of timer with a minimum of 2 minutes. Initial wringing/emptying cycle should comply with 120±30 s at a rotation speed of 5.4±0.5 rad/s Final wringing/emptying cycle should comply with 6±1 minutes at a rotation speed of 49.5±2.6 rad/s A small toe spring gauge of 25mm should be provided. The machine should be capable of completing minimum 3 cycles of the below given mashing conditions including rinsing and wringing/emptying. Washing Conditions The washing cycle should comply with the following Volume of water 18 I ± 1 I; Temperature within the range of 30°C to 35°C; A washing time of 30 min ± 2 min; Rotation speed of the drum of 5.4 rad/s ± 0.5 rad/s (alternative movement)1); 4 g/I of detergent specified in 3.5. Rinsing conditions The rinsing cycle should comply with the following; Volume of water 15 I ± 1 I; Rinsing time of 4min ±± 1 min; Wringing/Emptying conditions Initial Wringing/emptying This Cycle should comply with the following: 120 s ± 30 s at a rotation speed of 5.7 rad/s ± 0.5 rad/s Final Wringing/ emptying This cycle should comply with the following; 6min ± 1 min a rotation speed of 49,5rad/s ± 2,6rads
