Providing and fixing 25mm to 40mm Second class teak wood panelling shutter for laboratory working table shutters/ cupboard shutters and the like etc (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured).complete all as required in position with necessary repair miscellaneous work etc; complete with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 18mm thick Commercial Plywood Racks(Make: Kitply or Centurply) for existing laboratory working table to all kinds of required size and shape with necessary nails, screws and other associated miscellaneous repairs complete to suit site conditions in all leads & lifts and all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing Heavy Duty Cupboard Sensys Hinges 24mm - 16 Crank - Trade of Make: "M/s. Hettich Article No. 9242921" bright finished of required size with necessary screws, complete to suit site conditions in all leads & lifts and all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Heavy Duty Cupboard Handle 287#96mm(C.C.) Matt Nickel Finish Make: "M/s. Hettich Article No. 1180122" bright finished of required size with necessary screws, complete to suit site conditions in all leads & lifts and all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Repairs to Wooden Laboratory Working Table of size: Length 2.40m x Breadth 0.80m x Depth 0.90m ( Note : Size of the each exiting table varies + or - 25mm ) work includes the following : 1. Mechanized Scrapping of existing polishing all over the laboratory working table internally, externally, all over the table, etc., and final scrapping with appropriate sand papering to make surface smooth and free from all kinds of dust, rashes and the like etc., for making the surface preparation for polishing work externally and making surface preparation for enamel painting internally including ( Polishing and enamel painting will be paid seperately ). 2. Replacment of existing hinges with 75mm Brass Ball Bearing Heavy Duty Hinges for laboratory working table with necessary Heavy Brass Screws for hinges and ensuring the free opening and closing shutters and other associated arrangements and repairs pertaining to this work complete. (Minimum 12 or more nos.) 3. Replacement of existing Tower bolt with 75mm Brass Heavy Duty Tower Bolt for tower bolts and ensuring the free opening and closing of shutters of laboratory working table and other associated arrangements and repairs pertaining to this work complete. (Minimum 03 or more nos.). 4. Replacement of existing handles with 100mm Brass Heavy Duty handle with Heavy Brass Screws for handles of laboratory working table and ensuring the free opening and closing of shutters and other associated arrangements and repairs pertaining to this work complete. (Minimum 06 or more nos.). 5. Replacement of existing hasp and staple for pad lock with 75mm Brass Heavy Duty Hasp and Staple with Heavy Brass Screws for laboratory working table and ensuring the free opening and closing of shutters and other associated arrangements and repairs pertaining to this work complete. (Minimum 03 or more nos.). 6. Replacement of existing cupboard lock with suitable 75mm Brass Heavy Duty Cupboard Lock for matching the thickness of existing shutter of laboratory working table with necessary heavy duty brass screws and ensuring the free opening and closing of shutters and other associated arrangements and repairs pertaining to this work complete. (Minimum 02 or more nos.). 7. Providing and fixing of Heavy Duty Bottom Bush with suitable size heavy duty PVC/Rubber bushes with appropriate screws to form a even level on the floor complete all as required. (Minimum 06 or more nos.). 8.Reparing of existing wooden drawers by necessary scrapping, surface planning throughly ensuring the free movement of opening and closing operations and other associated arrangements and repairs pertaining to this work complete. 9. Other associated miscellaneous repair works such as replacement of paneling wood with second class teak wood wherever necessary, filling of wood with second class teak wood wherever necessary, filling of wood putty & other associated packing and filling materials related to wooden items and making good to the laboratory working table and other associated item and the like etc; complete. 10. Checking and ensuring of free functioning of all associated such as Hinges, Tower bolt , Handle, Hasp & Staple,cupboard lock, Bottom bush, etc; to make user friendly arrangements complete for laboratory working table by applying necessary and appropriate oiling & greasing for ensuring the free lubrication and easy handling. Complete etc., all as required above in all leads and lifts with complete repairs to suit site conditions and with all kinds of necessary miscellaneous items etc; all required and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: All Hardware materials, screws & other associated accessories should be fixed strictly with prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge.
