Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade including removing old paint and one coat of wood primer: Two coats on old work

REPAIRS TO BUILDING Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Dismantling W.C. Pan/Lab sink with fittings of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials including malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, fixing 5/4mm glass with 3M stickering with CLRI Logo and removing existing panel etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.[Note: Rate excluding Glass with stickering]

Dismantling and Demolishing Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling wooden boardings in lining of walls and partitions, excluding supporting members but including stacking within 50 metres lead : Thickness above 10 mm up to 25 mm

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND MATERIALS Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment . Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor: Anti-Termite Treatment- Post Construction Operation Details (i) Drilling at every one foot interval at wall and floor junction. (ii) Drill depth 4-5 inches on both sides. (iii) chemical used- Imidachloprid 30.5 S.C.[Bayer India or equivalent] (iv) Chemical injection done very half an hour up to saturation point(min 4-5 times). (vii) Dliute and injecting Chemical emulision for POST CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment(Including the cost of chemical emulsion) (VIII) Treatment of existing mansory using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole at 300mm interval them with cement motar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand ) to the full depth of the hole with Imidachlopride chemical. (IX). Spraying /Injecting of the same chemical over affected doors, windows around frame 30cm c/c , walls etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer- Incharge.

Providing and fixing Acrylic glazing in UPVC doors, window, ventilator shutters, roofing etc, fixing in the steel work with corroshild make screws and partitions etc, Itched/plain Acrylic sheet with required is clear embossed with both side UV stabilizer, having at least 60-80% transparency/nontransparency clour sheet , conforming to the relevent IS code including cutting to any shape/color and size as required with silicon sealent around the glass and making good etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. upto all floor five level. Any colour as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Size:6mm thick Acrylic sheet

Providing and fixing of Vinyl matt finish pvc wall paneling with multi chambered hollow PVC sections of size 300mmx9mm joined with each other by lap joint and fixed with main channel and with perimetre angle is fixed along with wall necessary screws, groove beading and main GI chanel of size 42mmx15mmx1mm thick fixed either any one of the direction in the interval of one metre span as directed by engineer-in-charge with screws of size 19mmx6mm to make grid to fix multi chambered hollow PVC sections and suspendin the grid using GI angle of size 25mmx10mmx1mm thick fixed to the ceiling with fisher of size 35mmx10mmx1mm along 1m c/c along the direction of each and every main channel and providing necessary cut for electric connections, fans, lights, air-conditioning etc., and visible out edges, corners, and junctions with wall shall be covered by extruded PVC corner beading section applying cynoacrylate adhesive all complete as per the manufacture's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Repair of false ceiling including removing, and refixing, replacement of tees, angles, new false ceiling tiles matching with existing tiles wherever required, leveling,silicon sealent, relocating ceiling lights and required support etc complete as per the direction of Engineering-In-Charge. [Repaired area will be measured for payment]
