Removing existing DB and MCCB switches, redressing wires/cables the existing to new DB in Microbiology lab: a) Removing circuit and point wirings,switch boards, power boards fan and light fittings with Various size of cables , and other unused and worn-out electrical installations. b) Removing the connected wires and cables (35 to 95 Sqmm 3-Nos) properly from the existing DB and removing the wall mounted DB, MCCB, C/O, SB's and PVC pipes as required as per site condition. c) Connecting the removed wires and cables to the new 12W VTPN DB at same area including dressing the wires through PVC pipe or Race way required as per site condition and connecting removed cables to the new DB including glanding and fixing lugs if required as per site condition.

Supply and fixing 250A MCCB and Modification of Existing MV panel: Supply, errection, testing and commissoning of 250A MCCB Model similar to DPX3 36KA 3 Pole series of legrand make or Equivalent in Schneider /MG/Siemens subject to the approval of the department, including removing existing 100A Snider MCCB and fixing 250A Snider MCCB in existing MV panel with necessary modifications in the cubical floor mount MV panel of sheet steel of 14 SWG including supply and fixing 400A rating copper bus from incommer Bus to 250 A MCCB including drilling holes, fixing with suitable bolt nut etc. and modification in door if required to accommadate rotary handle.

Removing existing MV panel and removing cable termination and reconnecting cables to New MV panel near Annexure bio lab: a) Removing the existing MV panel which consists of LT SFU 8 Nos, including removing connected UG cables properly (Size from 35 to 95 Sqmm 5-Nos), cutting and removing Switch gears-mounted metal frame/channels, breaking the floor if required to remove footing and refinishing it with necessary civil work required as per site condition. Including shifting removed items to scrap yard. b) Connecting removed UG cables (Size from 35 to 95 Sqmm 3-Nos) to the new MV panel at same area, including glanding and fixing lug if required, terminating the cables to MCCB's, sealing the open cores of non connected cables properly with heat sinkable sleevs as required.

Supply, Erection Testing and commisioning of MV Panel: Supply, Erection Testing and commisioning of floor mounting cubicle type MV Panel fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel, complete with required MS frame of adequate strength, powder coating/painintg etc., conforming to the enclosed specifications and comprising the following main bus bar of 400 A, TPN, Electrolytic copper bus, 3 phase, 50 x 5 mm per phase, 30X5 mm copper bus bar for neutral and 20x3mm of copper bus all over the panel for earth, [Please refer enclosed provisional drawing and the panel shall be conforming to IE rules,CPWD specifications and CEA guideance] etc., as required as per site condition. INCOMMER: (a) Supplying 1 No of 250A, TPN, 415V, 50HZ, 36 KA MCCB with thermal adjustable thermal/ magnetic releases, spreaders and phase barriers along with suitable front operted handle. Similar to Type: DPX3 250 with adjustable thermal magnetic O/L & S/C protection, Ics=100% Icu, of Legrand make or equivalent in Schneider/ MG / Siemens/ABB as approved by department. 1 no. of Multifunction energy meter to be mounted in the panel for measuring the electrical parameters (VIFPE) as required.Make- L&T,AE, HPL- Socomec, Krykard or Equivalent as approved by the department.

Note: All the units are to be provided with door interiors, phase barriers and protection guards ( on the incoming side) the non conducing metallic parts of the switch gear shall be double earthed. All interior tappings & connctions shall also be electrolytic copper.Incomer Terminations shall be suitable for receiving bus trunking/underground cables. Cable terminations shall invariably be through terminal blocks ( Polymide of superior) or brought out solid terminals i.e. bus bars for MCCB's 200 Amps.

(b)Erection in all aspect including providing necessary angle iron chennels for the panel to be mounted on the existing trench, with required fastners,accessories and other allied works deemed to be required to complete as per site condition. (including necessary civil works as required and finishing the same to the original condition, along with cable excavation for loose/loop purpose as required.)
