Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 2.00 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent / HPMV / HPSV street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and paint etc. as required.

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

High Bay LED Fitting: Supply and fixing industrial indoor type High Bay LED energy efficient fitting, 100 watts,10000 lumens with wide beam angle and suitable driver of wide voltage range to be installed in the existing RCC roof with required accessories such as Clamps of adequate size and strength & SS metal chain as required to house the fitting satisfactorily to provide uniform lighting as per standards along with interconnection with adequate rated, 3C x TRS copper flexible cables etc as required in all aspects as per site condition. 4 Ft Industrial LED Batten: Supply of standard 4 feet industrial indoor 40W,LED batten having high efficiency, flicker free suitable for wall, surface and conduit mounting system with required accessories as required. Similar to Philips Endura LED Next Model No. BN308CLED40S-6500 or Equivalent as approved by department.

4 Ft LED Batten: Supply of 4 feet extruded aluminium LED batten indoor type 22W, having high efficiency, flicker free suitable for wall, surface and conduit mounting system with required accessories as required. Similar to Philips Endura Smat Bright Model No. BN021 LED 22S PSU CW GR or Equivalent as approved by department.

"40 W LED St Light Fitting: Supply and fixing of Philips SmartBright 6500K Street Light, 40W LED Street Light fitting Emitting Colour:Cool White,IP65with suitable drivers having vide voltage range and Surge protection along with 3 year warranty etc., to be mounted in the existing 32 mm dia X 2.00 metres long G.I. pipe as required .Similar to model no :BRP056 LED 47 CW SLF PSU S1 of Philips make or equivalent as approved by department.

Cast Iron Body Earthing : Providing cast iron pipe earth pit with 2000mm long 100mm dia 7mm thick cast iron pipe including excavation, refilling with salt, charcoal, natural soil and providing masonry cover etc.,complete in all aspects as required.

MV Panel Sodium Plant: Supply, Erection Testing and commisioning of floor mounting cubicle type MV Panel fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel, complete with required Ms frame of adequate strength, painintg etc., conforming to the enclosed specifications and comprising the following main bus bar of 250 A, TPN, Electrolytic copper bus, 3 phase, 25 x 5 mm per phase, 25x5 mm copper bus bar for neutral and 2Runs of 20x3mm copper bus all around the panel for earth, [Please refer enclosed provisional drawing and the panel shall be conforming to IE rules, IS:8623/93,CEA & CPWD guideance] etc., as required. Note: All the incoming units are to be provided with door interiors, phase barriers and protection guards ( on the incoming side) the non conducing metallic parts of the switch gear shall be double earthed. All interior tappings & connctions shall also be electrolytic copper.Incomer Terminations shall be suitable for receiving bus trunking/underground cables. 12 W, VTPNDB with 100 A MCCB:- Supplying and fixing 12 way surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 volts, TPN MCCB distribution board (with wire way/ cable end box) of sheet steel,dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCB's, along with 100 amps TP 16/18 KA,MCCB with adjustable thermal magnetic O/L & S/C protection, Ics=100% Icu, with set of spreaders & Phase barriers as incomer, interconnection between incomer MCCB and bus bars as required . The VTPN DB shall be mounted on a adequate size angle/flat and grouted/ fixed (drilling,cutting welding painting etc) firmlyl or completely concealed in the existing wal as required as per site condition complete in all aspects. The above DB shall include the following'C' series, 10 kA MCB's in the out going circuits TP MCB-63A-03 Nos TP MCB-32A-03 Nos SP MCB-6-32A-15 Nos SP MCB-40-63A-03 Nos Blanking plates -As required.

100A MCCB with Enclosure:- Supplying and fixing suitable size surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 volts, TP& N MCCB enclosure with cable end box of 14 SWG sheet steel,dust proof, duly powder coated/ painted, common neutral link, earth bar, along with 100 amps TP 16/18 KA,MCCB with adjustable thermal magnetic O/L & S/C protection, Ics=100% Icu, with set of spreaders & Phase barriers as required . The MCCB enclosure shall be mounted on a adequate size angle/flat and grouted/ fixed (drilling,cutting welding painting etc) firmlyl or completely concealed in the existing wal as required as per site condition complete in all aspects.

FP MCB with Enclosure:- Supplying and fixing surface/ recess mounting type, 4P, MCB enclosure, sheet steel,dust proof, duly powder coated/ painted, along with 415 V, 63 amps, 4P C Series,MCB as required . The MCB enclosure shall be mounted firmly with required accessories or completely concealed in the existing wal as required as per site condition complete in all aspects as per the direction of the Engineer-in -charge.

Supply, Erection Testing and commissioning of 100 A, 415V, 50 Hz AC, 4 Pole On Load Manual Changeover with Extended Front Handle in suitable size 14 SWG Sheet Steel Enclosure to accommodate the termination of 70sqmm UG cable as required. Suitable for both horizontal as well as vertical mounting. Complete with required Ms Frame of adequate strength, painting or powder coated etc., C & S / Havells / L&T or Equivalent as approved by department.

Supplying and fixing of 63 A rating, 415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker In the existing 6 way TPN MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. a) 63 A

18 " Exhaust Fan : Supply of heavy duty 18" exhaust fan along with louver shutter,totally enclosed,continuously rated, dynamically balanced impeller suitable for single phase power supply, 900 rpm, having minimum 2290 CFM and noise level not exceeding 60 db having 2 years guarantee and shall be conforming to the Is standards.

12 "Exhaust Fan: Supply and fixing of heavy duty 12" exhaust fan along with metal bird screen for protection, continuously rated, suitable for single phase power supply, 1350/900 rpm, having minimum 1160 CFM and noise level not exceeding 60 db having 2 years guarantee and shall be conforming to the IS standards. The above Exhaust Fan shall be lined up through a Timer Control Circuit, housed in suitable 16 SWG MS BOX with door and necessary interconnection as required (Timer and contactor provided by department)

Raceway 50 x 50 mm: Supply and fixing of 50 x 50 mm UPVC complete cable management system / raceway trunking along with all accessories as required in surface as required as per site condition. Make: MK/ Legrand/Siemens or Equivalent as approved by department.

Supply of 3.5 x 70SQ mm PVC insulated PVC sheathed, armoured Aluminium conductor, U.G cable of 1.1 kV grade confirming to IS 1554:1988(.Part-I)/IEC:60502.

In Existing Sodium Plant Building : Removing the existing TPN and SPN DB's including frames,open type industrial panels, SFU’s of all size, Fuse carriers, Motor Starters, industrial sockets, Main switches, circuit and point wirings, fans, switch boards, power boards and light fittings with Various size of GI pipe , and other unused and worn-out electrical installations, cutting the L angle channels and other unwanted materials which is deemed to be removed in and around the (6 Nos rooms) Sodium Plant Building area complete and returning the removed items to the departments stores or any such place within the institute area as directed by the engineer in charge as per site condition. Required as per site condition.
