The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having experience in providing similar services, with specific requirements such as: - At least 5 years of experience in providing similar type of services to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. - Successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years, with specific requirements including: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. - Executed at least X number of projects with a contract value of not less than Rs. yy for each contract of providing manpower services, with specific requirements including at least 1 contract of 2.0 Cr or at least 2 contracts of 1.0 Cr for each contract. - Having a minimum average annual turnover of 600 Lakh. Valid proof for prior work experience includes contract copy along with Invoice(s), execution certificate by client with contract value, or any other document in support of contract execution. In terms of similar works completed, the bidder should have: - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost - At least 4 contracts of minimum 50 no of manpower in each contract - Estimated annual turnover of at least 600 Lakh (Rs) for the last three years.
