2. 2nos. of Medium temperature heaters (U-600102/103) of 2.5 milliion Kcals/hr capacity with recircuation pumps of 200m3/hr (1no each for each unit + 1 no common standby for 2 units), both Heater units operated in simultaneous mode, Fuel oil day tanks (1no each for each unit), De-gasser, Deaerator-cum-Expansion tank of 12KL capacity - both units operated at 200 deg C; 3. 2nos Secondary heating Oil systems (U-600301 & 302) operated at 100-120 deg C with Surge tanks (2nos) of 12KL capacity each and associated pumps of 45 m3/hr for recirulation through internal heating coils in Additive Storage tanks and FP tanks for temperature maintenance;
All the above systems shall be complete with associated accessories, special tools, commissioning spares, etc., as required. All the 3nos Thermic fluid heaters shall be with mono block integral burner, combustion blower, safety valves, common sump tank (of capacity 22m3 capacity with top up pump of 6m3/hr). Provision of a common chimney (common for TFH units as well as Non-IBR Steam Boilers) with duct connections - is covered separately as a different item. Vendor should provide cable and further connection incase the requirement is there for more than one panel for said Boiler Package. Scope also includes supply & installation of Pressure Transmitters on the Outoing Steam header (before Tie in connection), that will be integrated with the Plant control system - to enable DCS monitor the health of the units. Also provision shall be made for repeating any feedback signals such as START, STOP, RUN, TRIP of the Units - for integration with the Main DCS.

Chimney for Thermic fluid Heaters (3nos) & Steam Boilers (2nos) Design, Detailed engineering, factory fabrication, inspection, testing, external Painting (including surface preparation by shot blasting followed by 2 coats of Zinc silicate priming & 2 coats of HT Al heat resistant paint), Internal Painting ( 2 coats of Bituminous Heat resistant paint), supply, loading at shop & unloading at site, assembly and installation at site including 5nos trunk pieces with TFH and Steam Boilers that will be hooked up before commissioning of Self Supported Chimney. Scope shall include preparation and submission of documents (drawings, QAP, calculations, as-built documents, etc.)., Inspection, testing and commissioning shall conform to all requirements of specifications, approved drawings and inspection plan as per standard. Scope includes Design (including approval of Design documentation) & Construction of suitable Foundation for the Chimney with Supply & Installation of required Foundation bolts, template & Grouting (as required) for the same. Scope includes mechanical design and providing equipment loading data to Civil Contractor. Civil foundation shall be designed and provided by IOCL through Civil package contractor.

Oily Water Separator package: Design, detailed engineering, procurement, supply, fabrication where required, assembly, inspection, testing, including packing, forwarding, loading at shop & unloading at site, installation and commissioning of Oily Water Separator Package shall be in Contractor’s scope. Scope includes complete design, engineering and construction of civil works like equipment foundation, oily water collection tanks in RCC. Also OWS Supplier shall design and provide input data and drawings for schematic of OWS collection piping & valve pits. Supply and installation scope of oily water collection piping from Tankfarms to OWS Plants is by Civil Contractor. Scope shall include preparation and submission of documents (general assembly, detail drawings, calculations, as-built documents, operating manual, product catalogue, etc.).
