Part A : SITC of 8 passenger lift a) Supplying,Installation,Testing,Commissioning (SITC) of 8 Passenger lift of capacity (544 Kg) (Gearless) for G+7 floors at TNT complex, Chennai, having a contract speed of 1.0 m/sec suitable to work on 3phase, 415 Volts (+10%, -20% voltage range) AC supply comprising of equipments including Microprocessor based VVVF drive, car, Controller, counter weight, self levelling devices, control devices, car position indicators, battery operated alarm bell /emergency light,stainless steel finished car interior,doors, self levelling devices, control devices, terminal buffers,pit ladder, ropes, safety devices, car & landing push buttons, Floor announcer including infra-red curtain, Automatic Emergency Rescue Device, all wiring connections, interconnections, fireman's switch, including all equipment in the existing hoistway and miscellaneous items like supports, etc., i/c scaffolding,minor building works, making good the same etc, conducting tests, offering lift for inspection by Lift inspector,liaisoning with the inspector office etc. complete as per detailed specifications/standard designing according to site conditions conforming to the latest lift act and modern lift practice as required.

(vi)Operation:- Microprocessor based simplex Selective collective control with/without attendent (vii) Type of Doors: Car door : Power door centre opening, horizontal sliding, StainlessSteel scratch proof (moon rock finish) Landing door : Power door centre opening, horizontal sliding, StainlessSteel scratch proof (moon rock finish) b) A hand rail not less than 600 mm long at 900 mm above floor level to be fixed adjacent to the control panel in lift car. c) Voice announcement system in the car to announce the position of the elevator in the hoist way as the car passes or stops at a floor served by the elevator. Complete as above

Part B : Buy back of existing old lift LESS amount towards buyback of existing 1 No. life expired (in as is where is condition) including dismantling all the lift equipments like car, counter weight, self levelling devices, control devices, doors, terminal buffers, ropes, safety devices, sensors with all wiring connections, interconnections and miscellaneous items like supports for guide rails, removing/cleaning debris left out in lift shaft/lift room, making good damages etc. as required. (Under Buy-Back Arrangement, Base Rate is Rs.1,18,000/- including GST per lift . If quoted rate is below the base rate then base rate is taken as final quoted rate)
