Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand including manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) upto 20% : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size including Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) upto 20%).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Designing. fabricatlng. installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the bullding, for all heights and all levels ete. including a) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape In metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two aluminium sheets (each 0.5Smm thick). the aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with kynar 500 based PVDF /Lumiflon based fluoropolymar resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, wheather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Enigineer-in-charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measurerd in sqm. up to two decimal places.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing of available false ceiling with aluminium, Tees, wall angles and fixing available 600x600mm size particle board including levelling the false ceiling etc. Complee as directed by the Engineer in charge

Shifting of existing cash collection wooden counter assembly of size 4.40x1.12x0.75m including shifting of side table size 1.40x0.70x0.75m from Admin Building Ground floor to D-Tax Building Ground floor Virudhunagar lead upto 150 metre between two buildings at refixing the same at required place including repairs of counter drawers with providing and fixing 450mm long sliders with ball bearing arrangements rocks 50mm size etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with ready mixed Premium acrylic emulsion paint (Company Depot Tinted) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives.

New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.

Providing and fixing 0.80mm thick lamination sheet fixed with fevicol SR 800 design and manufacture as of approved directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 6 mm dia. G.I. level adjusting hangers (upto 1200mm length), fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3mm size 60 mm long and stainless steel expandable dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long, complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
