Providing GI plate earth including excavation of pit of size 1500x1500x 3000mm depth in all kinds of soil and placing four numbers of GI plates of size 600x600x6 mm thick vertically at diagonally opposite ends in the excavated pit and inter connect the plates with 25x3 mm GI strips with 2 Nos of GI bolts and nuts of 10mm dia at each connection and placing galvanized iron pipe of 50mm dia and 3000mm length at the centre of the GI plate grid and interconnect the pipe at minimum two sides with connecting flat of the GI plates with GI flat of size 25x3mm with GI bolts and nuts and fill the pit up to a depth of 650mm with charcoal of 20mm nominal size and the remaining portion of pit shall be filled with loose soil free from stones and wet the entire soil with water and providing precast RCC rings 300mm dia 450mm height and 50mm thick with reinforcements and cover slab of 300mm dia 50mm thick for earth chamber etc. and levelling the surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing roofing consisting of truss work with colourcoated GI sheet including dismantling damaged roofing and stacking the serviceable materials of the same. The truss work and purlins consists of 25 mm square tube of SWG 14 (1.63mm thick) @1.29kg/RM, spaced at a MAXIMUM distance of 100cm C/C. The roofing sheet shall be "GALVALUME SHEET" of 0.47 mm thick metallic hot dip coated PPGL Aluminium - Zinc alloy sheet of JSW or equivalent make sheet fixed to the purlins with self-tapping screws with EPDM washers and sealed with sealant for arresting leakage. The roofing sheet shall be laid to an area with 0.30m projection alround from outer face of shelter. The truss work shall be painted with anti-corrosive painting two or more coats. The side of the truss work shall be covered with 0.47 mm "GALVALUME SHEET" (PPGL) with necessary frame work if required of 25 mm square tube.

The sides shall be provided with 0.20 to 0.30m width PPGL plain sheets all round to avoid any water entering from sides. The fabrication of the trusses shall be done as per the approved truss diagram all complete as per the direction of Engineer- in- Charge. (Rate includes all the components and nothing extra shall be paid.) The measurement for payment shall be outer to outer dimension of shelter only.
