Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick flush doors confirming IS: 2202 (part-1) core of solid wood, construction with frame of pine wood with density of 700 kg/m3 with 5 ply construction with 1mm HPL sheet (laminate) on both sides and laminate pre pressed from factory, confirming IS 2046 with BWP grade adhesive treatment with phenol formaldehyde resin as per IS 848 norms ensuressuperior quality and performance of the doors with uniform thickness without undulation, wraping or bending. emission free as per E1 standard and eco-friendly fixed to the existing frames with 4 Nos.of 125mm long SS hinges etc., complete. (Note: The shutters shall be provided with vision pannel as per drawing. In case of double leaved shutters rebating shall be made without any extra cost)

Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing 200 x 10 mm SS tower bolts with necessary screws etc., complete.make by Godrej code No 8578 as per direction of Engr-in-charge.

Providing and fixing approved quality PVC Nylon buffers to the door shutters with necessary screws or in wall with wooden plugs and screw as required and directed completed

Providing and fixing 300mm stainless steel handle with necessary screws of Dorma make Cat No. TG 9355 or equivalent etc., Complete as per Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass hanging type floor door stopper with necessary screws, etc. complete.

Providing and Fixing Self Supporting sandwich PUF Roof Panels STRUPAN 30 mm thk or of equivalent specification manufactured on Continuous line (mandatory), with comprising of 0.5mm TCT Colour Coated Profiled Sheet on top sheet and 0.4mm TCT on bottom sheet with Trough Depth of 34.5 mm (minimum), Trough pitch 250 mm (minimum) with 2 stiffing ribs at equi - distance in pan centre of each pitch to improve strength and aesthetics with covered width of 1000mm. The Colour Coated sheets will have substrate of Galvalume 150 AZ and Yield Strength 550 MPA as per ASTM A 792. Coating shall be of Silicone/Regular Modified Polyester on both the external and internal steel wall facings of 25 micron finish. The void between the sheets will be CFC free Polyurethane foam of Density 40 kg/m3, thermal conductivity of 0.024 W /m K, closed cell contents greater than 90% with adhesion strength Metal to Foam 80-100 KPa.

Demolishing cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres and below
