The required prior work experience for the bidder is that they should have successfully completed similar work of "PROVIDING INTERIOR WORKS FOR AUDITORIUM" within India during the last 7 years. The required prior work experience can be fulfilled in one of the following ways: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 176.80 Lakhs - Or, two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 221 Lakhs - Or, one similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 353.60 Lakhs The bidder should have successfully completed any work including acoustics, special lighting, FA and PA system, audio, video, AC etc., for auditorium of not less than 300 seating capacity within India during the last 7 years. The value of similar works completed should be at least the mentioned amounts, but the exact percentage of similar works completed is not mentioned. However, the bidder is required to provide details of completed works, which will be considered for prequalification. The present value of similar work completed shall be derived by adding an inflation of 7% every year to arrive at the realistic value of work.
