Supplying and fixing 'GARWARE' brand polyester sun control film of scratch resistant, non-reflective type, light grey colour on to the inner surfaces of glass panes of windows etc. using requisite adhesives as per manufacturer's specifications etc. complete (Note: The actual area of sun control film as fixed will be measured and paid.)

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass hanging type floor door stopper with necessary screws, etc. complete.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in ll shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

PART - B "ELECTRICAL WORKS"

Supplying and fixing 20 A, 240 V, SPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20 A "C" curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure,on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket outlet and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 6 pin 15/16 A socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 15/16 A switch on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5/6 A switch on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A socket outlet on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 3 modules, GI box alongwith modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 12 modules, GI box alongwith modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc. as required.

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit alongwith 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes (2x2.5sqmm and 1x2.5sqmm earth wire) of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Wiring for group controlled (looped) light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/ call bell point (without independent switch etc.) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit, and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.
