Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of air cooled condensing (outdoor) unit of minimum 8 TR capacity suitable for the TFA unit mentioned in item no. 2 of SOQR complete with inverter scroll compressor, R407C / R410A refrigerant gas, thermostatic expansion valves, condenser coil with suitable size fan & motor, all necessary controls/ protection viz., thermostat, HP/LP cut out, microprocessor based control unit including necessary power and contol wiring between air handling unit and condensing units, all as specified and/or directed etc.,complete. Note: 1) The PCC pedestal/ bed/ MS frame/ brackets/ supports provided for installation of condensing unit will be measured and paid under the relevant item of SOQR.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 20G refrigerant grade copper piping between indoor and outdoor units of suitable size, 19 mm thick nitrile rubber tubular insulation with factory laminated glasscloth for suction and dischage piping with UV resistant paint suitable for exposed insulation, core cutting in brick wall/ concrete wall and making same good, supports etc. for ductable split AC units of capacity 8.5 TR. Note: 1) Both suction and discharge piping will be treated as one unit and will not be measured separately. Also irrespective of number of pipes / circuits the measurement of pipes will be made only once between Indoor unit and Outdoor unit.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 20G refrigerant grade copper piping between indoor and outdoor units of suitable size, 19 mm thick nitrile rubber tubular insulation with factory laminated glasscloth for suction and dischage piping with UV resistant paint suitable for exposed insulation, core cutting in brick wall/ concrete wall and making same good, supports etc. for ductable split AC units of capacity 11 TR. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 32 TR (16 TR x 2 Nos. circuit) DX type minimum 6 row deep cooling coil for existing AHU by replacing existing cooling coil, air flow rate through coil shall be 11500 CFM, including accessories, all as specified and / or directed etc.,complete. Note: SIze of the cooling coil shall be suitable for existing AHU.

Providing and laying of cPVC (SDR11) pipes of 40 mm dia for condensate water drain from the TFA units to nearest drain point, fittings, support etc. complete

Supply, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of site fabricated GI sheet metal ducts of 24 Guage (Birmingham Gauge) (0.63 mm) and zinc coating not less than 120 g/m2 in accordance with approved drawings including necessary hangers, rubber gaskets, rivets, flanges, scaffolding required for work, etc., all as specified and/or directed etc.,complete Note: 1) The rate quoted for the GI ducting shall be including the cost of steel supports. The steel supports provided for GI ducting and scaffolding will not be measured and paid separately. 2) The nuts, bolts used for duct supports will not be measured and paid and the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of duct.

Providing and laying thermal insulation for supply air ducts with 19 mm thick closed cell elastomeric (nitrile rubber) sheet including aluminium foil all as specified and/or directed etc., complete

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of volume control damper (VCD) for ducts made of GI sheet of thickness not less than 18 G including neoprene rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, screws linkages, flanges etc., all as specified and/ or directed etc., complete.

PART - B "ELECTRICAL WORKS"

Fabrication, supply, testing & commissioning of Dehumidifier Panel (outdoor type) of cubicle and extensible type front access, having Bus-bars and bottom Cable entry, for both Incoming and Outgoing side. The panel shall be of modular compartment type, floor/ pedestal mounting free standing, vermin proof, IP-55 grade for outdoor application, made out of CRCA sheet steel of 1.6mm thickness for body and 2.0mm thickness doors and 3.15 mm thickness for gland plates. All the panel shall be painted with electro static powder coating paint of shade RAL-7032. The incoming, outgoing breaker ratings & Bus-bars are as per following: Incomer: 125A, TPN, 25 kA, thermal based MCCB with in built O/L, S/C releases with spreader links and extended rotary handle - 1 No. LED Type ON,OFF,TRIP Indication Lamps -3 Nos. (1 set) LED Type R - Y - B Phase Indicating Lamps -3 Nos. (1 set) Multi fuction meter with RS 485 communiction -1 No. MCB,SP 10A -1No. 125/5A, CL-1.0, 5VA CT's -3 nos. Type-2 surge protector device - 1 set. Outgoing feeders: 100A, TPN, 25 kA, MCCB with TM based releases with spreader links and extended rotary handle - 2 Nos. 32A, TPN, 25 kA, MCCB with TM based releases having extended rotary handle and VFD & DOL motor starters- 1 set. 32A, TPN, 10 kA MCB- 2 Nos. 40A TP contactor - 3nos. 16A DP, MCB, 10 kA - 10 nos. ON, OFF, TRIP Indication lamps shall be provided for each MCCB outgoing feeder. Busbar: 415V, 50Hz, TPN,125A continuous duty Aluminium Bus bars with heat shrinkable sleeves, supported on SMC/FRP/DMC supports of 25 kA design. Notes: 1. Supplier shall submit the SLD, GA drawings & BOM along with details for approval after placement of order to take up fabrication work. 2. The panel shall cater the power supply requirement of all the control and instrumentations as applicable. 3. The panel shall be provided with the facility of interlocking of various equipments as mentioned in the tender specificaton. 4. This panel shall be suitable for integrating with the fire alarm system for achieving the function of tripping of panel in case of fire, as mentioned in the tender specification. 5. MCCB ratings provided are as per tentative load, same is subject to change as per actual OEM load details. (Refer SLD as required)

Supplying of 1100V grade power cable of 3.5core X 95sqmm size aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated, cores laidup, PVC tape inner sheathed, galvonise steel armoured, extruded PVC type ST2 sheathed as per IS:7098(part-1) 1988 or latest A2XFY as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp) size on cable tray as required.

Supplying and making end termination with double compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3½ X 95 sq. mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying of 1100V grade power cable of 3core X 4sqmm size copper conductor, XLPE insulated, cores laidup, PVC tape inner sheathed, galvonise steel armoured, extruded PVC type ST2 sheathed and laying of the same in the existing trenches/ duct/ pipe/ on the wall with suitable clamps, dressing etc., or as directed.

Supplying and making end termination with double compression gland and copper lugs for 3C X 4 sq. mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying of 1100V grade power cable of 4core X 6sqmm size copper conductor, XLPE insulated, cores laidup, PVC tape inner sheathed, galvonise steel armoured, extruded PVC type ST2 sheathed and laying of the same in the existing trenches/ duct/ pipe/ on the wall with suitable clamps, dressing etc., or as directed.

Supplying and making end termination with double compression gland and copper lugs for 4C X 6 sq. mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying of 1100V grade power cable of 3.5core X 25sqmm size aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated, cores laidup, PVC tape inner sheathed, galvonise steel armoured, extruded PVC type ST2 sheathed as per IS:7098(part-1) 1988 or latest A2XFY as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of Upto 35 sq. mm size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Supplying and making end termination with double compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3½ X 25 sq. mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Making earth pit by excavating of earth in any kind of soil to the depth of 2.7 Mtrs and supplying of 2 runs of 2.7 mtrs length, 25x3mm copper strip earth electrode with all accessories, Salt, Charcoal, Sand etc., keeping the strip earth electrode in the pit and copper electrode plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal / coke, salt & sand as required, refilling of the balance portion with sand, providing brick masonry chamber cover etc., complete as directed. Excavated earth shall be levelled and shall not be used for refilling. The complete work shall be carried out as directed by the EIC.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supplying and installing 150 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (Galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc. as required.

PART - C "CIVIL WORKS"

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge All kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Supplying and filling in plinth with moorum under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete,improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately)All works upto plinth level

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings,pedastal, plinth beams, bases of columns, etc. for all height as per direction of Engr-in-charge

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-incharge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately). (Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately).

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fabricating structural steel work like ISMB,ISNB, rectangular section rafters, MS plates welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, angle, tees, beams, channels, plates, bolts,base plate and stiffners etc.., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and provding two coats of approved synthetic enamel painting over and including a coat of approved steel primer to the exposed surfaces etc.,complete

Providing and fixing not less than 0.50mm thick Track deck 1000mm wide Hi-Rib- 100 Galvalume high tensile cold rolled steel roofing sheets of Taurus blue or any other approved colour and in required lengths including required ridges, Eaves gutters and projections if any as per the drawing, having a yield strength of 550 M Pa as per AS 1397 having Galvalume coating class AZ 150 (minimum 150 gm. per Sq. meter total zinc- aluminum alloy coating on both sides). The sheets shall be fixed to the purlins with suitable over laps in longitudinal and lateral directions and by providing Self fit fasteners along with EPDM washers and Polysulphide sealant as per manufacturers specifications. (Note- actual area of sheets as laid will be measured for payment.)

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 110 mm diameter

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
