Double Skin Ceiling Mounted Plenum of capacity 30000 CMH: Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of double skin ceiling mounted plenum. Double skin sandwich panels are fabricated from inside with 22 gauge galvanized sheet steel & outside with 22 gauge high polymer coated & pre-painted galvanized sheet steel with protection film on the top. The panels are polyurethane foam injected with PUF density of 45 kg/cub. metre resulting in high rigidity & sound attenuation characteristics. The panel thickness is 23±1mm. Entire unit is mounted on 2.0 mm (14 G) GSS channels of 100mm height & aluminium die cast legs, with provisions of lifting holes and provision for three inlets & two outlets openings with volume control dampers as per technical specifications.
