Suppy and fixing of steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes on forming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 .

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

Material and Labour for granolithic concrete 1:1:2 floor topping 30mm thick; laid over cement concrete subfloors etc. and finished to an even and fair surface.

Material and Labour for providing Vaccum Dewatering method to remove excess water from the laid concrete and filler pad and suction mat shall be laid on the freshly laid concrete which will not allow cement paster to flow out, and the suction pump are then started immediately to remove the excess water. The suction time normally is 20 to 30 minutes or as specified and as required and making the surface hard enough to enable to carry the floating operations (including 50 micron polythene film at bottom off concrete if required for 200mm thick slab).

M &L for vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and screed bed or bedding layer in CM1:3, 20mm thick for laying floor finishes.

Supply and application of 4mm thick self-smoothening breathable polyurethane concrete Flooring system like U-crete MF of BASF/ Nitofloor SL3000 UT of Fosroc/ Sika floor – 21NPurCem (IN) of Sika/ Duracrete of Cipy or equivalent reputed flooring system only with minimum 05 years warranty. Surface Preparation: The surface of the substrate should be made absolutely dry & free from laitance to achieve the maximum bond strength between substrate & flooring system. Preparing the surface by wire brush and mechanical means attached with industrial vacuum cleaner for maintaining dust free environment at work place or other suitable means with scarifier, removing the loosely adhered mortar/ slurry, making the surface free from dust, oil or any other deleterious materials. As per the specification of the manufacturer. Making necessary grooves of size 10mm X 10mm size all along the line of edge of the floor and creating mechanical bond with the existing flooring by cutting necessary grooves in the flooring, all around the existing/Kota stone flooring joints/ edges, removing the damaged portion of flooring and making good with same screed material for having anchorage for the self-smoothening polyurethane concrete Flooring. Scratch Coat: Ucrete MF/ Nitofloor SL3000 UT/ 21NPurCem (IN) / Duracrete of Cipy must be applied to the substrate @ 2.00 kg [depending upon the floor condition] per Sqm as a scratch coat to fill up the pores of RCC/ damaged existing flooring surface, after surface preparation and allowed to dry until it is tack free, prior to the application of the topping. As per the specification of the manufacturer. All the damaged part of existing flooring system must be filled with above material. Floor Topping Providing and application of breathable self-smoothening 4mm thick Polyurethane Cementitious Flooring system, having mix density 1900-2200 Kg/m3 and having class 2 flame spread resistivity, Tensile strength of 6-10 Mpa as per ISO/BS Specification, compressive strength from 48 to 56 Mpa, Flexural strength of minimum 10 to 21 Mpa, Abrasion resistance of 100-150 mg CS 17 Wheel , Impact resistance of 7-12 Joules, Dynamic E-Modulus should be less than 15000 N/sq.mm; Water absorption should be 0 to 0.06%, chemical & slip resistance should be at desired level as per the specification of the manufacturer. The mixing proportions and coverage of products shall be as per the specification of the manufacturer. M & L for mixing and laying PU Sealant at the designated joints are to be sealed using Fosroc Colpor 200PF over the Backer rod of Expancel which shall position on the filler board of Hydrocel XL of the Expansion joint , pavement sealant manufactured by Fosroc to BS 5212: 1990 and U.S. Federal Specification SS-S 200E:1984. Colpor 200PF/FloArm- Primer EP of MYK arment/ Dr.Fixit Sealants/ Feviseal HY 300 of Cipy has a movement accommodation factor of 30% in butt joints. To ensure the sealant operates within its stated movement capacity of 30%, the width of sealing slots should be designed in accordance with the recommendations of IRC-57-2006. In trafficked areas the expansion joint width should not generally Exceed 30 mm. Make: (Fosroc. MYK arment ,BASF,Sika and cipy) (or) suitably equivalent make.

M &L For 3 mm thickness PVC tiles / sheets, laminated plain coloured, marbled mosaic or mottled finish, laid with approved rubber based adhesive in floors.

M&L for Bonded mineral wool blankets slab made from rock, density 48 kg/cum and fixed as per manufacturer’s instructions 40 mm thick, if one side of blanket / slab (of any thickness) is covered with polythene based jute hessian cloth and other side covered if one side of blanket / slab (of any thickness) is covered with 25Gx20mm mesh G.I., wire netting.

Material and labour for painting steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or grith with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including preparing new surfaces.

Material and labour for acoustic double leaf door of size 2.40 x 2.10 m with vision panel (300 x 300 mm) with required accessories (Hinges, Handle, Door closure etc. Acoustic 50mm combined panel made of 0.16mm sheet in back side and 0.8 to 1 mm perforated sheet in front side filled with rockwool of density not less than 80 kg/m3 with required profiles.

Taking down carefully copper / aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. to be measured separately), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc
