Supply & fixing of outdoor street light terminal box size of 300mm X 400mm X 200mm of 3mm thick. The box shall be dust and vermin proof. The joints of the box shall be fully welded. The box should have heavy duty hinges and front door should open by using panel key. The box and door should have the metal beading width of 10mm and 15mm respectively. the rubber / PVC beading should be provided around the box cover for water proof. the box shall be provided with teak wood plate fixed inside the box. The wooden plate should not have more than one joint. the size of wooden plate shall be fitted with welded brackets inside the box with 4 Nos of 6mm counter sunk screws. The box shall be provided with 2 Nos of 6mm earthing bolts 2 nos of plain washers and one spring washer with nut at both side, two nos of brackets (flat size of 30mm x 6mm) and two nos clamps( 40mm width x 6mm thick) of required shape for mounting the box on pole. The box shall be provided with 6Amps MCB and 4 numbers of DIN rail connector ( model CBT-110, make-Elmex ) or suitably equivalent make, 50sqmm to be fixed on the wooden plate along with suitable channel.
