The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - One work of Rs.2,85,86,444 in a single contract, - Two works, each of Rs.1,78,66,528, - Three works, each of Rs.1,42,93,222, all of similar nature of work, i.e., experience in construction of buildings, skylight polycarbonate sheet roofing works during the last seven years ending on 31.03.2025. Substantial completion shall be based on 80% (value wise) or more works completed under the contract. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned for two or three works, but for substantial completion, 80% is the benchmark. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. For experience certificates of works completed pre-GST era, the completion amount will be divided by 1.12 to exclude pre-GST taxes.
