Supply of mini 70W LED type streetlight pole arm mountable luminaire with 5700K colour temperature, Efficiency of LED Light Fitting Minimum 110lm/W, PF equal to 0.95 or more, THD should be less than 10% , minimum IP 65 protection with housing material made of High Pressure Die Cast Aluminium /Standard Alloy suitable for Outdoor Application with manufacturer Name/Logo embossed in the housing Body or on Aluminium Plate etc. complete as required, Surge Protection of 4KV, all prewired up to terminal block and suitable for operation on 230 V+/- 10%, 50Hz, single phase AC supply and as per technical specification with all its accessories, driver etc. as complete.

Supply of Hot Dip Galvanized Octagonal street light pole of 7 mtrs length, 3 mm thick having minimum 130 mm bottom diameter, 70 mm top diameter with minimum 200mm x200mmx12mm size base plate and 4 no's, 16mm dia x 450 mm length "J" type foundation bolts/as recommended by OEM with templates and the pole should have suitable door opening at the bottom, the door opening should be reinforced, water proofed & with proper lock and Key arrangement and arrangement of in built Junction Box for terminal box with provision for connecting one number 6A DP MCB & power studs /connector to receive loop in & out loop 4 Core armoured aluminium cables of size upto 25 Sq.mm, providing M10 bolt for Earthing etc. as required.

Supply of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor UG power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following sizes confirming to IS 7098(Part -1/1988) with upto date amendments etc complete as required. 4 x 16 Sqmm

Supplying 3 Core 2.5 Sqmm of FRLS PVC round sheathed Copper conductor (Flexible) Industrial cable, 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 694 etc as required.

Supplying of following size DWC HDPE pipe of ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930. 50 mm OD , 38 mm ID

Supply of Miniature circuit breaker (MCB) having breaking capacity of 10kA suitable for operation on 230V/415V, 50 Hz AC supply. DP MCB, 6 A, 'B' Curve

Supply of weather proof and water proof Cable junction box made of Polycarbonate having IP66 protection of minimum size 200mm X 160mm X 98mm for Street Light having 8 Way Terminal Block with 1 no. 6 Amps DP MCB provision for Gland etc complete as required as per approved makes.(Model: KM8250 of Hensel make or equivalent).

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. Direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) in existing trench etc., complete as required. 50 mm OD 38 mm ID

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ DUCT/ METAL/DWC pipe as required. Up to 35 sq.mm

Dismantling bituminous road by manually/ mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge and Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level including form work etc as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass single compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 X 16 sq. mm (28mm)

Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of 50W LED Type Street Light Fixture on the existing street light wall bracket with nut bolts, making inter connections from cable junction box to fitting with already supplied 3C X 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable/looping of fitting at the top of pole if required as per instructions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of 100W LED Type Fixture on the existing street light wall bracket with nut bolts, making inter connections from cable junction box to fitting with already supplied 3C X 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable/looping of fitting at the top of pole if required as per instructions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of 40W LED Type Fixture on the existing street light wall bracket with nut bolts, making inter connections from cable junction box to fitting with already supplied 3C X 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable/looping of fitting at the top of pole if required as per instructions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of 70W LED Type Street Light Fixture on the existing street light wall bracket with nut bolts, making inter connections from cable junction box to fitting with already supplied 3C X 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable/looping of fitting at the top of pole if required as per instructions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Erection of metallic pole of 7 mtr length including provision of RCC foundation for erection of the metallic pole (Details are mentioned in Item-4) including design of RCC foundation with resistance capacity of 296 KM/Hr Wind Speed, by providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm) and providing Steel reinforcement (Thermo-Mechanically 2 Treated bars of grade Fe-415 or more) for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in the foundation of minimum size of 450 mm(L) x 450 mm(W) x 1500 mm (H) as per OEM recommendation /Vetted Design including fixing of J bolts and providing suitable size HDPE pipe in the foundation for looping of cable, installation of suitable 4 way cable connector for connecting the loop in loop out cable inside the pole, fixing of departmentally supplied MCB, including excavation and refilling etc. complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with FRP cover plate of mini 2.5 ton capacity, 18x18 mini size and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supply and fixing of the following size cross arm at top of pole (these cross arm shall be suitable for top of 7 mtr pole mentioned in BOQ item NO:4 and Suitable for LED Light fixture mentioned in BOQ Item No-1 ) including 3 no's 10mm dia HDG pinch bolts, Stiffness plates etc. as required. Double Arm Bracket having arm length of 1.2 mtr

Supply and fixing of the following size single arm at top of pole (these cross arm shall be suitable for top of 7 mtr pole mentioned in BOQ item NO:4 and Suitable for LED Light fixture mentioned in BOQ Item No-1 ) including 3 no's 10mm dia HDG pinch bolts, Stiffness plates etc. as required. Single Arm Bracket having arm length of 1.2 mtr

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.

Supplying and making end termination (w/o glands ) with aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 x 16 sq.mm

Supply and erection of extra supporting MS structure using 40mm pipe, L channel as required for flood light/street light over the pole including cutting, welding, fixing in position and applying one coat of primer, two coats of paint complete as required.
