SH I: Monitoring and Maintenance of Power Supply Installations.

Monitoring and Maintenance of Utility Services at Central Sub-Station [PS] comprising of 11 KV VCB Panels (19 Nos. of Integrated Terminal Building Panels, 10 Nos. of AC Chiller Panels and 8 Nos. of AC Panels), Battery charger, 15 Nos, 2V batteries, 4 Nos. of 2 MVA 11 KV/433 V, Oil Type Transformers, ATS Panels (14 Nos. of 11 KV HT ATS and 4 Nos. of 3000 Amps LT ATS), Capacitor Banks (2 Nos. of 3000 KVAR 11 KV Detuned APFC Panels, 01 No 250 KVAR Detuned APFC panel, 03 Nos. 150 KVAR Detuned APFC Panels), 4 Nos of 150A Active Harmonic Filters, 3200 Amps LT Panel, associated Earthing System etc., (As per Annexure 'C' - List of Inventories) for round the Clock 24X7 Basis (Manpower in Three Shift Basis - 8 Hours For One Shift + General shift as per Annexure- 'A'), Monitoring, Control and Maintenance for 100% Serviceability including Co-ordination with 110 KV Intake Sub-Station and other Sub-Stations and Power Houses, attending minor faults/ repairs/ replacement of defective components with AAI Supplied New Components, ensuring 100% Serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the systems, routine and general preventive maintenance on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly basis as per standard manufacturers' practices, maintenance of records and log books and reporting as and when required, complete General Housekeeping and Upkeeping of the Installations and Substation, Providing Supervisory Engineering Services and Services for Computer Skilled Document Assistance (for complete FMC) etc., on all days including Sundays & Holidays as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge as required. (Note: The quoted rate shall be exclusive of Goods and Services Tax, EPF, ESI and Bonus)
