The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of Rigid/Flexible Pavement works in Airfield, National Highways/Expressways, Harbour pavements, State Highways, etc. during the last seven years. The bidder should have completed three separate works, each costing not less than Rs. 424.00 lakhs (excluding GST/VAT), or two works, each of Rs. 530.00 Lakhs (excluding GST), or one work of Rs. 848.00 Lakhs (excluding GST) in a single contract of a similar nature of works. The experience should be in the completion of similar works with a minimum annual value of Rs. 28.27 Cr. (excluding GST) for general construction work and at least Rs. 14.14 Cr. (excluding GST) for engineering construction works, gained during the last five years. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 375.24 lakhs on construction works during the last three years. The substantial completion of works should be based on 80% or more of the value of works completed under the contract. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except for the substantial completion percentage of 80%. The values of executed works should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should submit details of similar works completed during the last seven years, along with supporting documents, and a list of works completed in the last five years as well as those in progress.
