The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having executed composite works for the specialized nature of works, either by in-house expertise and experience or by engaging specialized agencies with the approval of the main client. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed three works, each of Rs. 189.89 Lakhs or two works, each of Rs. 237.36 Lakhs or one work of Rs. 379.78 Lakhs in a single contract of a similar nature of works. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 142.42 lakhs on construction works during the last three years, and a minimum net worth of Rs. 71.21 lakhs. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder's experience in similar specialized nature of work is considered for technical/pre-qualifying criteria. The value of sub-contractor(s)/ associate(s) whose work contribution exceeds Rs 0.5 Cr. will be required to sign the Integrity Pact. The experience certificate should show the nature of work done, the value of work, date of start, date of completion as per agreement, actual date of completion, and satisfactory completion of work. The bidder should submit a list of works completed in the last 5 years, as well as works that are currently in progress, including the name of the work, the name and particulars of the office where the work is being executed, the value of the work, and the position of works in progress.
