SH-III: MASTER CONTROLLERS & ACCESSORIES

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Master controller specifically designed for author, configure and control, intricate LED light shows in multiple zones with features including Media Facade Themes, Scenes etc. i/c all other items required for successful functioning of DMX Controller. It shall be industrial-grade computer based on TCP/IP communication protocol network architecture controller made of aluminium housing. It shall be designed for large scale DMX512 and DMX512/RDM lighting control projects supporting multiple control systems for single and multiple buildings. It shall control up to 6,000 DMX universes and equipped with operating system and intuitive user interface lighting control and management software. It shall synchronize with NTP and GPS, supports unattended operation and remote control, supports power-on startup and scheduled timing start, also supports automatic scenes, playback and scheduling. It shall have Two RJ45 network interfaces (100/1000M adaptive) or any other network interfaces Supports upgrading devices firmware over the network. It shall be capable to control from main controller to sub controller for the maximum running length of 100m, with input voltage range of 90-240V AC / 50~60Hz, 300W power consumption. It shall be capable to control from sub controller to light fixture for the maximum running length of 100m, with input voltage range of 90-240V AC / 50~60Hz, 15W power consumption. Supply of 4 pole 2mtr factory made male to female cable to connect the DMX enabled data line for better connectivity. (Make and Model - Philips ZXP399 JUMP 4P DMX CABLE 2M or equivalent).

Supply of compact or mini 4 pole DMX signal amplifier that takes the incoming DMX512 signal and amplify the signal and supporting uni-directional communications for DMX control of light fixtures. SH-V AMC: Annual Maintenance Contract for Façade Lighting System comprising of all items installed in T2 Terminal building as per Specifications & Schedule of Work including providing Services with corrective maintenance resolution, preventive maintenance as per OEM recommendations, cleaning and proper angle adjustment of fitting, Special Occasion Programming etc. as & when decided and required by Engineer-in-Charge, with dedicated Call Center facility 24 x 7 hours with dedicated E-mail ID, telephone No. or with any other quick response facilities and effective routine maintenance as per OEM standard and as per Special terms and conditions and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
