Laying of 50mm dia DWC pipe direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) in all types of soil including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. Complete as required

Supply of 4C X 25 Sq.mm XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured Aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade as per IS 7098 part I 1988 with upto date amendments etc complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing HDPE/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4C X 25 sq.mm

Supply of Astronomical timer switch capable of following output in feeder pillars / Lighting DBs for automatic switching On & OFF of street lights at sun set & sun rise or twilight(Auto ON, Auto OFF) with manual override facility with 12/24 hour display format with suitable battery and indication for relay status shall be provided for the timer switch etc. complete as required. 2 output per phase and suitable for single phase supply

Supply of 3Pole 32A contactor capable of feeding Lighting DBs for automatic switching On & OFF of street lights from timer output with suitable wiring etc. complete as required.

Supply of 32A rating Three pole, 415 volts, miniature circuit breaker (MCB) in the existing enclosure complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply of poly carbonate enclosures with protection IP55 or better & in accordance to fix in the surface/recess having size minimum of 60 cm X 40 cm suitable to mount 1 no. of TP MCCB, 2 nos. of TP MCBs, 1 no. of timer and 02 nos. of TP contactors, suitbale fixing arrangement shall be provided etc. complete as required.

Kerf cutting with machine in bituminous/ cement concrete paved area of runway for cables/ pipes of bore not exceeding 50 mm upto a depth of 0.12 meter including filling back/ sealing the cutting using cement concrete/ compound / bitumen and restoring the surface to normal condition etc complete as required but excluding pipe laying.

Providing, laying and fixing 50mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (65 cm deep) and re-filling etc complete as required.

Supply of 4C X 16 Sq.mm XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured Aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade as per IS 7098 part I 1988 with upto date amendments etc complete as required.

One set of 125A Al. bus bars with at par neutral bus bar as required. Geographical information system (GIS) survey for the perimeter lighting poles, according to the site elevation and site co-ordinate certificate complying to the specification of AAI NOCAS portal around the newly constructed boundary wall of Madurai Airport as per site requirement.

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 60 cm X 30 cm X 15 cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Supply of 4Pole 160A, 415V contactor capable of feeding Lighting DBs for automatic switching On & OFF of highmast lights from timer output with suitable wiring etc. complete as required as per technical specification and site requirement.

Supply of four pole 63A or higher feed through terminal block connector with two set of cover profile carrier and one set of end clamp, rated nominal conductor size 25Sq.mm for the existing street light poles installed at approach road, Madurai Airport etc. complete as required as per technical specification and site requirement.

Retrieving of following size 1.1KV grade power cables from the underground trench which includes excavation of earth, removing of brick protection & cable, refilling the trench and restoring the surface etc as required. Upto 35Sq.mm
