Brick work in following Cement Mortar using Fly Ash Bricks of 230 x 110 x 70mm size conforming to IS: 12894-1989 Class designation not less 50 kg./ sq.cm. average compressive strength in cement mortar 1:5 for load bearing structures for foundation and basement and for superstructure including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

In Cement Mortar 1:5 Ground floor

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half M-sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M-Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

For Foundation and Basement

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Vacuum dewatering on freshly laid and thoroughly vibrated concrete surface to produce a homogeneous and smooth concrete surface .Suction matshall be spread over the leveled fresh concrete surface and shall be connected by the suction hose to the vaccum pump for dewatering of surplus water in the concrete . After dewatering is complete , the concrete surface is trawled with minimum two passes to achieve a wear resistance concrete surface. Ref.DR.No.20M/2021-22.

Providing Groove cutting in flooring concrete for 10mm width and 20mm depth and filling the groove with combination of Anabond Tuffseald 2G and bitumen tar including cost of all materials and labours etc complete.Ref.DR.No.20M/2021-22.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M. sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Re Painting the walls with Two coats with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of brushes, sand paper, plaster of parries, putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) S I No 358

Painting the old iron works two coats with syntactic enamel paint of approved quality and colour including ordinary scraping using brushes and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use)

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Manufacturing and Supplying and fixing in Position of 'N' type Ventilator of required size made out of 25x25x5mm MS "L" angle frames alround the ventilator. MS TEE of 25x25x5mm to be fixed in between the frames at 30cm intervals. Hold fast to be used 25x25x5mm "L" angle 23cm length 4Nos. 3mm pin headed glass to be fixed in-between the angles by using Teak wood beadings of size 15x12mm with screw, washer and nut wherever necessary. In the inclined portion, 1"x1" weld mesh to be embedded by using 25x5mm Flat at 30cm centre to centre. 12mm square steel rods to be fixed horizontally between the frames in vertical portions at 10cm centre to centre (approximately). The rate inclusive of transporting charges, dismantling, redoing to the original condition, one coat of red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting pull and push type rolling shutter with ISI make of approved size and section using 18 GI sheet. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc.,

Gear operated type (from 8 m2 to 12 m2 area)

Supplying and fixing AC sheet roofing with 6mm thick asbestos cement sheets of fully corrugated (grey colour) of approved quality by drilling holes (and not by punching) with necessary ‘J’ / ‘U’ bolts and nuts of 8mm dia of suitable length and providing one set of bitumen washers of 25mm dia and 1.60mm thick for each bolt including protruding portion of bolts in roof shall be covered with bitumen compound etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M-Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers
