Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer -in - charge. 14.Steel work in built up columns, rafters (portals) made out of 240 MPA steel plates etc conforming to IS 2062 by continues automatic submerged are welding, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of enamel paint, welded and bolted including special shaped washers, 8.8 grade HT bolts and nuts etc, complete as per structural drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

15.Steel work in cold formed Z,C made out of 345 MPA steelsheets etc conforming to IS 811 by mechanical mean including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved enamel paint, welded and bolted including special shaped washers, 4.8 grade MS bolts and nuts etc, complete as per structural drawings and as directed by the Engineer- in charge.

16.Steel work in built up sections made out of 240 MPA hot rolled sections like rounds/angles, channels etc conforming to IS 2062 including cutting,weilding, hoisting, fixing in position and and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved enamel paint, welded and bolted including special shaped washers, necessary MS bolts and nuts etc, complete as per structural drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

17.Providing approved profiled troughed corrugated Aluminium sheet roofing /cladding with polymer coated G.I / Aluminium J or L hooks, bolts and nuts of 8mm diameter / or self drilling screws of corroshield or equivalent as per design with bitumen and G.I /Aluminium flat washer / Limpet washers filled with white lead and etc, complete as per design drawings and directed by Engineer in charge. excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses. a) 0.71 mm thick approved profiled colour coated (regular Modified polyster ) sheet" Ever last manufactured by Hindalco or equivalent.

18.Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm over all width plain sheet with polymer coated J or L hooks,bolts and nuts 8mm diameter / or self drilling screws of corroshield or equivalent with bitumen and G.I Limpet washers complete. a) 0.71 mm thick with aluminium colour coated(Regular Modified Polyester) sheet manufactured by Hindalco or equivalent.

19.Providing valleys of 120 cm wide overall in plain colour coated aluminium sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia / or self drilling screws of corroshield or equivalent GI limpet and bitumen washers complete. a) 0.91 mm thick with aluminium colour coated(Regular Modified Polyester) sheet manufactured by Hindalco or equivalent.

20.Providing and fixing 2.00 mm thick poly carbonate sheet of approved profile of standard manufacturer like shah polymers / G.E polymers or equivalent confoming to relevant standard code and fixing to roofing with necessary 8mm dia polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hook / or self drilling screws of corroshield or equivalent, washer, limpet etc complete as per directions of engineer in charge. (only clear transperent area visible will be measured for payment. sheets will have to over lap as per standards for laying.

21.Providing and fixing self rotating / aluminium base and top roof ventilator "Roof Vent 500" manufactured by ALSYNITE Roofing products Australia or equivalent to the exisiting roof sheet by cutting to the required diameter and fixing it on it making it leak proof by sealing as required at site etc complete as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

22.Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. a) 110 mm diameter

23.Providing and filling column base with cera grout filler @ 3340 kg/cum as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

27.Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S.clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners,connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

28.Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white color casement/ casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required)extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mired cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing &direction of Engineer-in-Charge.etc.

29.Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium/ uPVC door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): a) With float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness

30.Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. a) Upto 5mm depth and 5 mm width

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.
