Fabrication, S.I.T.C of MV Switch Board Indoor type made Out of 2 mm think CRCA sheet steel in outer sheet partition and 1.6 mm for non-load bearing members, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed, cubicle type, floor mounting, free standing, suitable for operation at 440 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, A.C Power supply system complete with all accessories, interconnection, connection, earthing, painting, grouting, providing pedastal, Cable Entry Provision ect. as required and comprising of followings. Two No. 800 A, 50 KA, 4P ACB EDO type as incomer and 1 No 800 Amps ACB as buscoupler as required. 2 no 400 Amps 36 KA 4P MCCB,4Nos 250 A 36 KA 4P MCCB, 18 nos 125A 36 KA 4P MCCB and 4 no 100 Amps 25 KA 4P MCCB as outgoings all with rotary handle as outgoing as required Multi function meter ON/OFF/TRIP indication and Phase Indication Lamps as required. One set of aluminium busbars of minimum 1200Amps Capacity. All Accessories etc. as required. 1. All MCCB's exceeding 125 amps shall be Microprocessor controlled 2. All MCCB's shall have over current and short circuit protection. All incoming ACB'S/MCCB's should have over current, earth leakage protection, short circuit and shunt trip. 3. All electrical and mechanical inter locking to be provided. 4. All the existing incoming and outgoing cables are to be disconnected from the old panel and to be reconnected to the new panel. 5. All outgoing ACB/MCCB shall have flexible range for selection

Relocating of all sizes of cables removing from exist cable tray and relaying for connection of Inside Integrated Air Cargo Complex as directed by Engineer-in-Charge on cable tray.

Supply of 1.1 KV grade of following size of armoured Aluminium conductor PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed cable as per IS 1551(Part I) 1988/IS-7098 (Part I) 1985 respectively with up to date amendments .

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required

Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required.

SITC of 630 A, 4P, 415 V change over switch on suitable angle and frame work with two incoming and one outgoing connection including Frame work for mounting on wall with all connection etc., as required
