Extra for providing and fixing/pasting the linoleum flooring of 2mm thick as per approved colour and pattern (Rate in per sqm)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, xing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Anodised upto 50 micron,Glazing float or frosted(4 to 5mm as per requirement), Fixed and movable portion shutter, including paneling by 12 mm thick (as per IS) prelaminated particle board or other water proof board, lock, hinges,hydraulic floor spring(if required), fixing SS 304 window stays(if required)for aluminum window/sliding window,cp brass screw,angle cleats, handle of approved pattern ,EPDM/neoprene gasket, stopper and dash fasteners is included in this item) and any other item required for completing the partition work which is not mentioned in the description but required for smooth functioning of the partition, door ,window etc. Composite rate is to be quoted in per sqm)

Extra for false ceiling within partition area as per DSR item 21.5 of 2023, including false ceiling tiles of 600mmx600mm. The rate is to quoted in Sqm
