Fixed to soffit using proprietary supplied GI. Cleats & steel expansion fasteners. Ceiling section 0.55mm thk. xweb size 51.5mm & flanges 26mm. Each & 10.5 mm. lips fixed perpendicular to intermediate channel at 457mm. c/c Gyp board is screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm. drywall screws at 230mm. c/c. boards to be finished with proprietary supplied jointing tape & jointing compound & sand papered to achieve a smooth finish etc.complete or as directed by the Architec/Bank. Gyp ceiling where necessary as normal specification Rate should include all types of cut-outs, grooves ,moulding & plain troughs for tube lights / Down Lighter as directed by the designer. Note: Where RCC Slab is old and concrete is weal, the GI suspended channel shall be fixed with epoxy chemical and necessary load test to be carrid out before fixing Gypsum board fixing.Rate shall be inclusive of epoxy chemical and fixing of suspenders with chemical

Writing Ledge

P/F/F Cheque writing tables made of 1 no.19mm plywood shelf 3' (w) x

1' (d) x 6"(h) which is finished with 1mm thick Laminate on all exposed

surface. The shelf is fixed with two intermediate 8mm thk glass

partition fixed with D brackets for keeping withdrawal/deposit forms.

The table top shall be of 12mm thick plain glass fixed with SS studs on the shelf.

PIN-UP NOTICE BOARD

Providing, fitting in position pin-up board made of soft

cork board finished with the fabric as approved,matching

with the colour scheme of the banking hall with a R.W.

moulding all around the edges.Size of each board: 3' x 2'

Providing & fixing in position frameless double Acrylic

transparent sheets 2'-6" (l) x 1'-6" (w) mounted with studs on the

wall along with all accessories complete for display of bank's

advertisements inserted on it.

SOLID PARTITION WITH DOOR

Providing & fixing 3" thick solid partition for made up of 18 gauge 50x50 mm Aluminium section framework at 600 mm c/c both ways (or as directed by the Architect); 12 mm commecial plywood & 1 mm laminate from both sides.Partition should be finished with specified finish as per design.The rate includes providing 35 mm thick flush door with necessary lipping patti polished. Rate includes all necessary hardware ( i.e ball bearing hinges of approved make, door closure, Clindrical Lock with key, Door stopper etc) Exposed edges of the partition should have 75x12 mm matching wood Patti with groove in between. All provisions to be made for all electrical, networking, telephone etc. boxes onto partition framework at required heights/levels with necessary additional supports &/or scaffolding as required.
