Structural repair with Cementious Mortar 16 mm thick (12 mm to 20 mm) in one or two coats complies to or with EN 1504-3 (R4) with Performance Characteristic such as Compressive strength ≥ 45 MPa, Adhesive bond ≥ 2.0 MPa in the concrete of spillway piers, retaining wall of stilling basin and like surface ( Up to 4.50 m height from ground floor / ground level) etc complete; including cutting / chipping the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing the surface but the rate is excluding the cost of carriage, loading and unloading , taxes.

Construction of temporary retaining wall or gravity wall by providing empty bages filled with approved quality of earth / Sand/moorum/gravel etc HDPE bags to channelize the leakage water or like, including quarring sand , filling in empty bags, knotting, manual carriage with an initial lead of 150 m and for all lift in spillway glacis,stilling basin floor or like the surfaces etc complete. The rate is including demolishing and disposal of material within 150 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in charge.The rate is inclusive of manual carriage, loading and unloading but exclusive of taxes and mechanical carriage (Quarrying of earth/fine sand/sediment shall be from the river, hence haulage charge need not to load in estimate)

Supplying, bending and placing in position tor steel reinforcement in all R.C.C works including cost of binding wires, all complete.

Providing and Laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of form work, finishing and reinforcements. 1:1:2 ( 1 cement: 1 coarse sand : 2 graded stone aggregate 20mm and down nominal gauge size)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing, fixing & removing form work for casting R.C.C items as indicated below: with locally available timber) Foundation, footings, base of column etc for mass concrete.

Providing and appliying of epoxy resin concrete bonding coat on prepared RCC surfaces in one or more coats with Performance Characteristic such as Compressive strength 70 MPa, Flexural Strength40MPa and Shear strength15MPa etc. complete. The rate is excluding the cost of carriage, loading and unloading, taxes

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge. 2.6.1 All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying M70 A20 high performance concrete by Concrete Mixer with Digital Weighting System for retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor,Spillway glacis,Stilling basin etc.for super structure (i.e. 1.50 m from ground floor / ground level and up to floor five level ), excluding the cost of centering, shuttering , finishing , carriage, loading and unloading , taxes etc , complete . (Note :- Mix proportion for M70 A20 high performance the concrete , the quantity considered in this item is OPC 53 grade - @ 540 kg / Cum , Silica fume @ 76.00 kg / Cum , high range water reducing admixture (HRWRA) of of poly carboxylic ethers (PCE) @ 8.008 kg / Cum, River sand @ 669 kg / Cum and Pakur Jhankand stone aggregate 20 to 10 mm size @ 574 kg / Cum ) & stone Aggregate 10 to 4.75 mm size @574 Kg/cum

Pumping out water caused by springs, tidal or river seepage, drains, leakage water from Radial Gates and the like including (a) shifting the pump as and when required according to concrete laying (b) Minor miscellaneous and occasional works such as (i) Changing of pipe line and its repairing to prevent the lacking (ii) Cleaning of pump suction, (iii) Removal of sediments/debris/slush and the like accumulated at sump,(c) Making sump for dewatering by providing temporary bund with sand/earth filled bags including core wall etc.(Pumps along with pipe and electricity kept on free of cost).Premium @ 12% need to required to laod in estimate.

Chipping of high strength RCC / High performance concrete by manually or mechanically for a required depth and profile in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, Spillway glacis, stilling basin floor, spillway glacis or like the surfaces etc for up to 5th floor including cutting of reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 150 meter lead as per direction of Engineer in charge. The surface of structure to be cleaned thoroughly by removing debris and washing etc,so as to provide clean, dry and strong surface for repair works. The rate is inclusive of all but exclusive of taxes etc.

Providing and laying hand packed stone soling in buildings works with clean hard selected stones, all complete. (Manual)

Providing and laying in position of M70 A20 high performance concrete produced by Concrete Mixture with Digital Weighting System for all works up to plinth level (Up to 1.50 meter shall be considered from ground floor/ground level where ever the plinth level is not defined or available ) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering , finishing , carriage, loading and unloading , taxes etc , complete . (Note :- Mix proportion for M70 A20 high performance concrete , the quantity considered in this item is OPC 53 grade - @ 535 kg / Cum , Silica fume @ 75.00 kg / Cum , high range water reducing admixtures (HRWRA) of poly carboxylic ethers (PCE) @ 7.93 kg / Cum, River sand @ 679 kg / Cum and Pakur-Jharkand Stone aggregate 20 to 10 mm size @581 kg/Cum & Stone Aggregate 10 to 4.75 mm size @ 581 kg / Cum )

Installation of pump set for pumping water including (i) Mechanical transport within lead of 0.50 Km, manual carriage, loading, unloading and stacking, (ii) laying and fixing of suction or delivery hose etc. complete as directed by Engineer - In - Charge. (The required pumps, suction or delivery hose shall be provided by NHPC on free of cost to contractor in returnable basis).Premium @12 %.need not required to load in estimate.

Providing and fixing 25 mm diameter TMT anchor/Dowel bar including (a) drilling of hole in existing concrete or rock or like the surface, (b)straightening, cutting, bending,placing in position of anchor bar (c) Fixing with cement capsule / Cement grouting , etc all complete upto floor five level in Ogee spillway glacis, hill terrain ,stilling basin floor / wall or like the surface etc. The rate is exclusive of taxes , mechanical carriage, loading & unloading etc.
