Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (A) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm.(B) before laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth/mesh , the uneven surace of terrace shall be levelled by Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) (which will be paid for separately (C) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth (Fibre glass cloth shall be replaced by Fiber Glass Mesh 90Gsm) when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (D) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.

Providing and laying water proofing cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement, 1.5 Clean course sand, 3 graded stone aggregate 10 mm nominal size) 40 to 20 mm thick on flat concrete roof top with Recron of fiber length 6 or 12 mm (125 gm of recron 3S / Polypropylene Fiber per a bag of cement) in single coat finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry to give a smooth surface and minimum 10 days Ponding / Wet Hessian or Gunny Bags Curing etc. up to height of three floor level. Mixing of concrete ingredients shall be allowed through 10/7 CFT Concrete Mixer Machine only. The rate is exclusive of centering, shuttering, mechanical carriage, taxes, loading and unloading but inclusive of scaffolding etc. complete

Providing and Laying 15mm thick cement plaster 1:3 mix (1 Cement :3 Coarse Sand) in single coat including finishing even and smooth and curing etc all complete.

Providing and laying pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 20 mm nominal thickness of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound, laid over a bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete.

Providing and filling in position, blown bitumen in expansion joints.

Providing and fixing sheet covering over expansion joints with iron screws as per design.5.29.2 150 mm wide aluminium fluted strips 3.15 mm thick

Loading and unloading of stone boulder/stone aggregates/sand/ kanker/moorum.

Loading and Unloading of Cement or Steel by Manual Means and stacking.
