The bidder must have satisfactorily completed, in the last seven years, at least one similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost of works. The cost of similar work is calculated by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum from the date of completion to the date of bid opening. In case of a Consortium/JV, the experience credential shall be considered for all members of the JV with a minimum 35% participation share. Startups registered for similar nature of work are exempted from meeting the qualification criteria in respect of prior experience and prior turnover, subject to meeting the quality and technical specifications. The bidder should submit a Work Experience Record including details of the projects completed, such as the name of the project, name and address of the project developer, description of work and contract number, value of work, and dates of award, start, and completion of work, along with copies of work experience certificates from the appropriate authority of the project developer.
