Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type ) on the exterior side top of Dam (upto 25m Height) made with 40mm dia M.S. Tube 1.5mm centre to centre,horizontal and vertical tube join with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps amd M.S. staircase system in the sscaffolding for the working platform etc. and maintining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration and thereafter stacking and deposition of all components of scaffolding after removal to Engineer-in-charge . The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners connections at spillway clacis, apron, stilling basin, Dam etc. with essential safety features of the workmen etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of use of scaffolding.

Dismantling steel work in the damaged part of radial gates by gas cutting, welding, grinding etc. incl cost of labour and material including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Refurbishing of bottom damaged portion of radial gate to give strength to gates by providing new skin plate (SS AISI-304) by bending/welding/grinding/surface finish, fabrication and installtion of newly back support structure by use of channels, girders and stiffeners plates etc. (E-250 GR-A)including replacement of bottom seal and side seal seat (by removing of existing seal seat by gauging and placement of new side seal seat with suitable clearance between skin plate and wall plate upto top of gate) along with replacement of guide rollers assembly, replacement of all nuts and bolts with new SS nuts and bolts complete in all respect including all cost of material and labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of work.
