The requirements are as follows: - Three similar works, each of a value not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar works, each of a value not less than 60% of the estimated cost. - One similar work of a value not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The estimated cost of the work is Rs 2956392200. This means the bidder should have completed: - Three similar works, each of a value not less than 40% of Rs 2956392200, which is Rs 1182556880. - Or two similar works, each of a value not less than 60% of Rs 2956392200, which is Rs 1773835320. - Or one similar work of a value not less than 80% of Rs 2956392200, which is Rs 2365113760. The bidder should also have completed similar works during the last seven years ending on the last day of the month previous to the one in which the tender is invited. The similar work shall mean works of Civil Work.
