The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in Eligible Projects under various categories. For Categories 1 and 3, the bidder should have completed similar works costing not less than 25% each of the estimated cost, with at least two similar completed works, or one similar completed work costing not less than 35% of the estimated cost. The experience should be in the last 5 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date. The bidder should have received payments from clients for construction works executed, with amounts actually received during the 5 financial years qualifying for purposes of computing the Experience Score. The values and percentages mentioned for similar works completed include: - 25% of the estimated cost for two similar completed works - 35% of the estimated cost for one similar completed work - More than 90% of the value of work for a project to be considered completed - Rs. 3.83 Crore as the minimum payment received for construction of Eligible Project(s) over the past 5 financial years for normal highway/building projects - Rs. 0.26 Crore as the minimum net worth - Rs. 1.02 Crore as the minimum average annual turnover for the last 5 financial years Additionally, for specific types of projects, the bidder should have: - For Normal Highway projects: two similar completed works costing not less than 25% each of the estimated cost, or one similar completed work costing not less than 35% of the estimated cost - For Stand-alone Specialized Projects (Major Bridges/ROB/Flyovers): one similar major Bridge/ROB/Flyover project with a span equal to or greater than 80% of the longest span or 100m, whichever is less, and 40% of the length of the Major Bridge/ROB/Flyover or 2km, whichever is less - For Tunnel Projects: one tunnel project with 80% of the cross-sectional area of the tunnel to be constructed or cross-sectional area of a 2-lane highway tunnel, whichever is less, and 40% length of the tunnel to be constructed or 2km, whichever is less The bidder's experience in design of multi-storied buildings is also considered. The bidder must provide certificates from concerned clients for these completed works, and in cases of subcontracting or joint ventures, approval from the government authority or client is required.
