The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing similar works with any Govt agencies/PSU/Municipal Corporation/local Govt bodies in the last seven and current financial years. The experience criteria are as follows: - Three similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the work, - Two similar works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the work, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the work. Substantially completed works mean those works which are 90% completed on the date of submission. The bidder should submit copies of work orders for execution contracts with completion certificates along with its performance from Govt agencies/BRO/PSU/MC/Local Govt bodies in India. The bidder is required to submit a list of works completed or substantially completed in the last seven and current financial years, and ongoing works, including details such as the name of the work, brief scope of work, name and address of the employer/client, accepted contract amount, date of commencement of work, original date of completion, extended date of completion, actual date of completion, and cost of completed work. Works that prove the criteria of experience should be highlighted, and a performance certificate from the client should be submitted for these works. Available Bid Capacity is also required to be submitted, which includes balance sheets or certificates from a Chartered Accountant indicating the annual turnover of civil engineering works constructed in the last 5 years.
