NS/2 Cleaning I.C. and M. holes. Including the S.W. pipe lines from latrines between to pass M.H. including taking out all type of silt rubbish and disposal up to 5 km away as per direction of Engineer-in charge at site including placing back M.H./I.C. covers. Running

NS/4 Hiring of JCB/Hitachi for levelling and dressing ground/dismantling structures ,Removal of jungle, clearing of earth, lowering high cess etc., along side the track between up and down lines obstructing 4 drainages of rain water, clearing of bushes obstructing visibility at curves and Level Crossings with all lead and lift etc. complete and as directed by the Engineerin-charge. All labour, tools and plants consumables stores including supply of JCB/Hitachi with crew to be provided by the contractor at his own cost. The contractor shall arrange road permit for vehicle for all the States of operation, as per instructions of engineer in-charge and vehicle shall not be more than three years old. Payment shall be made for actual working hours at site.

NS/5 Taking out of submersible pump complete set with GI/HDPE pipe line/ cable from the existing bore well with the help of powered lifting lowering machine i/c opening the nut bolt etc. as required (for Each Job)

NS/6 Lowering of submersible pump set with power lifting/lowering machine complete with GI/HDPE pipes/cables i/c jointing the pipes and cables binding along with the pipe complete with required nut bolts and gasket packing etc. as required (for Each Job)

NS/7 Supplying and fixing PVC cover of over head PVC tanks

NS/8 Supplying and fixing plastic float ball (make Supreme or similar) for 50 mm brass float valve

NS/9 - Supplying and fixing brass float valve for overhead tanks

NS/13 Fabricating, supplying and installing stainless steel 3/4 seater benches with or without back 13 rest of size and shape as per design and drawing approved by Engineer Incharge. Bench shall be manufactured from stainless steel 304 Grade with perforation made with turret punching machine and rolled on roller machine. Steel to be either laser cut or water jet cut (no shearing). Polishing to be done with automatic polishing machines to give mirror polish. All parts to be connected with suitable CNC made connectors and counter sunk screws etc. Welding to be done with suitable SS 304 Grade welding rods and treated with K-2 solution. Joints shall be finished ensuring that no welding marks are visible. Fixing at site should be done with suitable SS base plate and dash fasteners. Manufacturer shall submit maintenance manual and basic material test report for grade certification.

NS/14 Supplying, erecting and fixing precast concrete reinforced bench with back rest. Bench shall consist of 2 nos. L shaped base support in natural cement colour of thickness 100 mm, back height 1000 mm, 14 front height 450 mm, base width 620 mm and 5 nos. reinforced concrete planks in red colour and size of 1500 x 100 x 50mm and 1 no. reinforced concrete plank of 150 x 200 x 50mm; manufactured by using M-30 grade concrete & reinforced suitably; all parts to be joined with galvanised nuts and bolts of suitable size. All bolts to be sealed after assembly. Complete job to be done as per directions of Engineer Incharge

NS/18 Cleaning of RUBs including Rain Water Harvesting System Activities involved in work are as under:- 1. Cleaning of Earth from RUB box and approaches and its disposal in near by low laying area. "2. Removing of (a) Iron gratings above drain by removing welding/nut bolts (b) RCC Cover of inspection chamber (c) 18 RCC Cover of desilting chamber (d) RCC Cover of infiltration well" "3. Cleaning of (a) drain in front of box (b) Inspection chamber (C) Hume pipe from drain to IC (d) Hume pipe from IC to desilting chamber (e) Hume pipe from desilting chamber to infiltration well" 4. Cleaning of desilting chamber 5. Cleaning of infiltration well "6. After cleaning Re-fixing of (a) Iron grating over drain by welding /nut bolts (b) RCC Cover of inspection chamber (c) RCC Cover of Desilting chamber (d) RCC Cover of infiltration well" 7. Disposal of sludge/earth collected from drain, connecting pipes, IC, desilting chamber & infiltration well in near by low area.

NS/19 Cleaning of soak pit including cross drain pipe and sump Activities involved in work are as under:- 1. Cleaning of Sump 2. Cleaning of Cross Drain Pipe between Sump & Soak Pit 3. Cleaning of Soak Pit 4. Disposal of sludge/earth in nearby low area.

NS/20 Cleaning of RUBs including Side Drain near RUB Box, Inspection Chamber and Approach Road etc. Activities involved in work are as under:- 1. Cleaning of Earth from RUB box and approaches and its 20 disposal in near by low laying area. "2. Removing of (a) Iron gratings above drain by removing welding/nut bolts (b) RCC Cover of inspection chamber" "3. Cleaning of (a) drain in front of box (b) Inspection chamber (C) Hume pipe from drain to IC" "4.
