FOR SEATER MRG

Providing and fixing of For seater MRG swing of size 4/5 Feet (Diameter), 3 Feet (Height) fabricated with a center pipe/Frame of 50NB shall be made from "C" class G.I. pipe and FRP material. The bottom shall be welded with suport of M.S. round plate of O250 mm& 10mm thickness. The bottom frame of 32NB shall be made from "C" class G.I. pipe. The handle frame of 25NB shall be made from "C" class G.I. pipe. The foundation should be used for fixing is a structure and shall be made from center pipe of G.I. of 50NB "C" class welded with M.S. round plate of O250mm & 10mm thick. Main pipe shall be suported with 25mmx25mm M.S. angles of 3mm thickness and 20mmx40mm CRC sqyare pipes of 3mm thickness. Closing Caps shall be made up of high quality Fiber reinforced Plastic material. High rensile steel with galvanized nuts and bolts shall be used for assembly. The powder coating shall be done with Pure polyester powders from Ackzonoble/Berger/Nerolac paints with 60 to 70 micron thickness, all complete as pe drawing, design, directions and approval of engineer-in-charge regarding material, shape of equipment, colour (of metal, seat and pedal), and fixing of equipment etc. (The cement concrete and excavation work shall be paid separately)

CIRCULAR SWING FOUR SEATER

Providing and fixing of CIRCULAR SWING FOUR SEATER of size 6.0x5.25x5.0 Feet fabricated with a Center pipe/Frame of 65NB shall be made from "C" class G.I. pipe and FRP material. The bottom shall be welded with suport of M.S. round plate O250 mm& 10mm thickness. the bottom frame of 32NB shall be made from "C" class G.I. pipe. The handle frame of 25NB shall be made from "C" class G.I. pipe. The foundation should be used for fixing is a sturcture and shall be made from center pipe of G.I. of 65NB "C" class welded with M.S. round plate of O250mm & 10mm thick.
