Design, Drawing, fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Vertical lift fix wheel type sliding gate/inter changeable Stop log gates consisting of skin plate, stiffeners, horizontal girders, pulley, pulley supports, bracings, lifting lug, bracket, rubber seals, clamps plates etc., with all accessories as per relevant for Canal, sluice Vertical gates and spillway gates including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cutting, bending, aligning, anchoring, welding, seal fixing, tools and tackles etc., finishing, cleaning, applying two coat of zinc rich epoxy primer to give dry film thickness of 70 5 microns and finish coat(two coats)of solvent less coal tar epoxy paint using airless spray to provide dry film thickness of 150 5 microns per coat thus total dry film thickness of all coats, including primer coating, should not be less than 350 microns., complete as per specifications and approved drawings complete, including packing & forwarding, transportation charges for structural steel components and other materials.

Supply of water seal musical hollow knot type for canal gate having size 125x12x45 mm as per IS 11855 specification.

Supply of water seal Flat type for canal gate having size 100x12 mm as per IS 11855 specification.

Supply of cast steal roller for canal gate of grade 200-400N as per IS 1030 specification, having size 150 mm Dia and 50 mm Thick with brass bush and 2nos brass spacer and single piece stainless steel monolithic pin complete set as per drawing.

Worm Reduction unit to lift/lower the gates manually Unit should be of adequate capacity to accommodate double start thread of 1 lead and 70 mm lifting screw. The worm gear (wheel) should be of 21 teeth and C.P. to match with 1 pitch worm. The screw shall move vertically. The worm reduction unit is to be mounted on vertical post. Approximate weight to be lifted through lead screw is of 5 MT. The Worm is to be extended on both sides having suitable key-way to accommodate starting handle. The worm gear should be of GUN METAL and bearing should be of SKF or equivalent make (As per drawing)

Sand blasting of new steel surface. confirming to IS 1477 class B

Providing and Laying in position of Cement concrete Nominal mix (1:3:6) including leads of all construction materials, curing, compaction and finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. Well graded crusher broken stone aggregate of maximum size upto 20 mm

Brick masonry (using well burnt clay bricks of size 230 x 110 x 70 mm, class designation 75 as per specification) up to plinth including all leads of all construction materials including curing etc. complete. In cement sand mortar 1:5

Plaster in cement sand mortar 1:5 including racking of joints, smooth finishing & curing etc. complete including all leads of all construction materials of thickness: 12mm

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide

Labour charges for making coffer dam/ring bund (under flowing / stagnate water pool) by loading transporting earth filled cement bags dropping at required locations in water including lead up to 3 km and lift up to 8 meter from NSL complete (excluding cost of earth filled cement bags).

Supplying of well stitched earth filled bags of capacity, weigh not less than 40 kg per bag at site etc. complete. Plastic bag

Supply and fixing of stainless steel plate grade 304 having size 75x8 MM

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and or required shade to give an even shade including all scaffolding: Old work (One or more coats).

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and or required shade to give an even shade including all scaffolding: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).
