Providing & laying in position cement conc. Including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shatering - All work up to plinth level. M10 grade nominal Mix 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing & laying in position specified grade of cement conc. For all R.C.C. structural element upto plinth level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) & making good the joint & cost of plastizers (if required) excluding the cost of centering , shuttering & reinforcement .
