The contractor is free to use the usable excavated stone else where for which any transition expenditure & royalties, tax etc if required to be paid then it will be liability of contractor as the cost of usable stone has already been deducted from the rate.

Earth work in rough (borrow area) excavation for embankments in hard soil morrum or highly weathered strata dry or moist including laying in 20 cm layers (before compaction) and breaking of clods sorting of grass pebbles etc. and dressing when compacted by vibro compactor vibro sheep foot roller sheep foot roller/pneumatic tyred roller to obtain dry density of at least 98% of Standard Proctors density with initial lift of 1.5m (Excluding charges for compaction and watering) including loading and un-loading wherever required complete in all respect. 18.17 Providing and laying cement concrete coping in (1:2:4) with maximum size of crusher broken aggregate upto 20 mm including shuttering etc. with all leads of material complete in all respect in thickness of: 18.17.1 75 mm

9.1 CONCRETE WORK Providing and Laying in position of Cement concrete Design mix M-15 including leads of all construction materials, plasticizers (if required), curing, compaction and finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. Design, Drawing, fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Vertical lift sliding type gate with frame consisting of skin plate, sealing frame, stiffeners, horizontal and vertical girders, guide, stainless steel flat/Brass flat, rivets, wedges, lifting rods etc., with all accessories as per relevant IS code including frame and gate complete set for Canal Cross, Escape, Head regulator /Tank head regulator including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cutting, aligning, welding, finishing, cleaning, seal fixing, tools and tackles etc., applying two coat of zinc rich epoxy primer to give dry film thickness of 70+-5 microns and finish coat (two coats) of solvent less coal tar epoxy paint using airless spray to provide dry film thickness of 150+-5 microns per coat thus total dry film thickness of all coats, including primer coating, should not be less than 350 microns., complete as per specifications and approved drawings with all lead and lifts, including packing and forwarding, transportation charges for structural steel components and other materials

18.10 Repair of existing service road including jungle clearance, filling cuts, depression and dressing etc. complete. 18.10.2 In semi- hilly area

Chipping concrete surface, cleaning the exposed surface of steel and concrete with wire brush, washing with water complete as per specifications excluding scaffolding etc.

37 mm thick guniting with cement mortar (1:3) on concrete/masonry surface after proper fixing of 9 gauge welded mesh of good quality rust free of size 50 mm x 50 mm in TWO layers with anchors / clamps in stone masonry / concrete, after racking the joints clean the surface by compressed air and water jet. Apply epoxy and anchor first layer of mesh with surface to be treated then 15 mm thick mortar is to be applied with pressure gun. After hardening of first layer of mortar anchor the second layer of mesh and apply 22 mm thick cement plaster, complete in all respect as per technical specification.

18.28 Providing, laying and fixing in position RCC spun or hume pipe with collars (ISI 458-2003) in required size packed in gasket for hume or spun yarn and neatly finished with rich grout of cement mortar 1:3 perfectly air tight including testing of joints. 18.28.4 300MM 18.28.4.2 NP-3
