9.8 CONCRETE WORK Providing and Laying in position of Cement concrete Nominal mix (1:3:6) including leads of all construction materials, curing, compaction and finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. Well graded crusher broken stone aggregate of maximum size upto 9.8.4 20 mm

7.1 Random rubble stone masonry (using R. R. stones where 75 % stones to be not less than 15 cm in size in any direction and weighing not less than 23 kg.) for foundation including curing with all leads of all construction materials including curing etc. complete. 7.1.4 In cement sand mortar 1:6

8.1 CEMENT PLASTER Plaster in cement sand mortar 1:3 including racking of joints, smooth finishing and curing etc. complete including all leads of all construction materials of thickness: 8.1.2 20 mm

18.17 Providing and laying cement concrete coping in (1:2:4) with maximum size of crusher broken aggregate upto 20 mm including shuttering etc. with all leads of material complete in all respect in thickness of: 18.17.2 50 mm

9.2 CONCRETE WORK Providing and Laying in position of Cement concrete Design mix M-20 including leads of all construction materials, plasticizers (if required), curing, compaction and finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. Well graded crusher broken stone aggregate of maximum size upto; (For mix design Cement content considered 400 kg/ cum of concrete) 9.2.4 20 mm

9.13 CONCRETE WORK Add extra over item No. 1 to 7 9.13.1 Add extra over item 9.1 to 9.7 for each subsequent height of 3.0m or part thereof above initial lift of 5.0m from ground level. (Upward and downward)

Centering and shuttering for piers, galleries, barrels, intake well, sluice well upto 3.0m height from base/floor level (To achieve F2 finish)

10.1 Side shuttering including propping etc. complete (to achieve finish F 2 for : 10.1.2 Top or intermediate bed plates, in between masonry or piers, abutments sluice wells etc.

10.10 Extra labour charges for RCC due to obstruction in laying and placing the reinforced cement concrete due to reinforcement. 10.10.2 Columns, slabs, cantilevers projections staircases, lintels, beams, chajjas, Retaining walls, piers, abutments, galleries, arch covers, bed plates, sluice capstan bases etc.

10.9.2 Supplying of M.S. reionforcement including labour charges for bending binding and placing in position all reinforcement as per drawing including cost of binding wire and all leads and lifts using. 10.9.2.2 Tor or ribbed bars (IS :1786-1985)

18.28 Providing, laying and fixing in position RCC spun or hume pipe with collars (ISI 458-2003) in required size packed in gasket for hume or spun yarn and neatly finished with rich grout of cement mortar 1:3 perfectly air tight including testing of joints. 18.28.6 600MM 18.28.6.2 NP-3

37 mm thick shotcrete by wet mix process, applied with compressed air gun after chipping of defective concrete / masonry, racking the joints, cleaning of surface thoroughly with wet sand blasting after fixing of 9 gauge good quality rust free welded mesh of size 50 mm x 50 mm in TWO layers with anchors / clamps. After racking the joints clean the surface thoroughy by wet sand blasting, anchor the first layer of welded mesh in position and apply 15 mm cement concrete (1:2:1) by pressure gun and after hardening of first layer, anchor second layer of welded wire mesh, apply 22 mm thick cement concrete complete in all respect. Cement concrete comprising of cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water and quick setting compound in the proportion 1:2:1, sand and coarse aggregate conforming to IS 383 and table no. 1 of IS;9012 respectively.

Add extra over item No. 16 and 17 for each subsequent height 3.00 m or part there- of above initial lift of 5 m from ground level (upward or downward)

Add extra over items of cement plaster/ cement concrete/cc.lining/cc flooring or RCC for providing and mixing Polypropylene fibres as per IS 16481:2016 or latest revision, 6/12 mm long @ 0.25 percetage (125 gram per 50 kg of cement) or in ratio of as specified by manufacturer specification and direction of Engineer in charge with all leads and lifts.

Design, Drawing, fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Vertical lift sliding type gate with frame consisting of skin plate, sealing frame, stiffeners, horizontal and vertical girders, guide, stainless steel flat/Brass flat, rivets, wedges, lifting rods etc., with all accessories as per relevant IS code including frame and gate complete set for Canal Cross, Escape, Head regulator /Tank head regulator including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cutting, aligning, welding, finishing, cleaning, seal fixing, tools and tackles etc., applying two coat of zinc rich epoxy primer to give dry film thickness of 70+-5 microns and finish coat (two coats) of solvent less coal tar epoxy paint using airless spray to provide dry film thickness of 150+-5 microns per coat thus total dry film thickness of all coats, including primer coating, should not be less than 350 microns., complete as per specifications and approved drawings with all lead and lifts, including packing and forwarding, transportation charges for structural steel components and other materials

Dismantling cement concrete lining including disposal of material within 50 m lead, inclusive of de-watering wherever required of thickness 7.50 cm (poor quality)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, racking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead, inclusive of de-watering wherever required.(poor quality)

Demolishing stone rubble masonry including stacking of usable material and disposal of unuseable material within 50 meters lead inclusive of de- watering wherever required.(poor quality) In cement mortar
