The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Average Annual Construction Turnover: Minimum average annual construction turnover of Rs 20.50 Cr, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress and/or completed within the last seven financial years, divided by seven years. * General Construction Experience: Experience under construction contracts for at least the last seven years, starting 1st August 2018. * Specific Construction & Contract Management Experience: Minimum number of similar contracts that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed as a prime contractor, joint venture member, or subcontractor. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: * At least one member of the joint venture must meet 25% of the average annual construction turnover requirement. * Each member of the joint venture must meet 50% of the average annual construction turnover requirement. The detailed monetary value mentioned is Rs 20.50 Cr, which is the minimum average annual construction turnover required. Additionally, for specific construction and contract management experience, the requirements include at least one contract of 25% value for single entities and joint ventures, and at least one contract of 50% value for joint ventures. Substantial completion is based on 80% or more works completed under the contract.
