Road Marking with hot applied Thermoplastic compound with reflectrorising glass beads on bituminous surface Provoding and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thichness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from Streaks and holes.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 with 40mm nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibrator including curing for 14 days (MoRTH specification clause : 2100)

Vertical Guide Posts Supplying and installation of Vertical Guide Posts not less than 800mm high above ground level. The Vertical Guide Posts shall have a core and shell construction which shall be made of tough, high impact resistant, injection-molded, thermoplastic outer body.The inner core shall consist of powder coated or painted Mild steel of minimum thickness 1.0mm. The Vertical Guide Posts should consist of top retro-reflective unit consisting of white color micro prismatic non metallic retro-reflective sheeting of minimum exposed area 125 cm2 and bottom retro- reflective unit consist of red color micro prismatic non metallic retro-reflective sheeting with 35 cm2 minimum exposed area confirming with ASTM D4956 type XI standards.
