Providing and applying primer coat over prepared surface or granular base with bitumen emulsion as per IS: 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 6 kg /10 sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures including cleaning of road surface as per MoRTH specification CIause- 502,112

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 on the prepared surface including cleaning as per IS : 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 3 kg /10sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures as per MoRTH specification CI.503,112

Providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregates as per table 510 and design mix for base/binder course including loading of material with F.E loader, heating of binder (including cost of antistripping compound wherever required) aggregate and filler in hot mix plant 40-60 TPH transporting the mixed material by tippers and laying with sensor paver finisher as per clause 507.3.5 to the required level and grade, rolling by self propelled power rollers and vibratory rollers or pneumatic tyred roller 150-250KN. TP=0.7MPa to achieve the desired density (approved by the department) but excluding cost of primer/tack coat. [MoRTH Specification : Clause 507,112] with 4.50 % Bitumen with all lead. with bitumen grade 60/70

Providing and laying bituminous concrete as per design mix on prepared surface with specified graded stone as per table 500 - 18 for wearing course including loading of aggregate with F.E. Loader and hot mixing of binder (including cost of anti-stripping compound, wherever required) and 3% cement filler with aggregates in hot mix plant 40-60 TPH Transporting the mix material with tipper to paver and laying with sensor paver finisher (as per clause 507.3.5) to the required level, grades and rolling with vibratory compactor and pneumatic tyred roller 150 - 250 KN, TP = 0.7 MPa, to achieve the desired density (approved by the department) excluding cost of primer/tack coat (MoRTH Specification : Clause -509,112) with all lead. With straight run bitumen grade 60/70

Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement with M-30 Grade 0.30 Mtr x 0.30 Mtr x 0.15 Mtr Edge Blocks (measurments shall be made inner to inner side of edge blocks). Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavements having thickness 100mm as per drawing and technical specifications.

Providing and fixing of reinforced ferro-cement drain cover designed for class "AA" loading duly marked on cover with adequate steel reinforce- ment having thickness 75mm to 150 mm, anti-corrosive bitumen painted M.S. plate, rim and on M.S. lifting hooks, admixture like plastisizer bond-improving compound, shrinkage resistant compound, abrasion resistant complete as per approved design etc. 1000 x 800 mm (150 mm thick)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermo plastic compound inclusive of type-1 reflectorising glass beads as per table 800.3, 800.4 applied in uniform thickness of at least 2.5 mm and spread uniformlywith reflectorising glass beads type-2 in addition @ 250 gm/scm with a road marking machine as per IRC : 35 complete with traffic diversion arrangement as per MoRTH specification clause 803.4.

Supply of Retro-reflective sign boards size 1800x1200 mm made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet duly framed with 40 mm M.S. black tube (Medium Class) as per IS-1239 (Part-I) 1979 with Inner support of M.S. flat 12x3 mm whole structure is fixed with two supports each side 75 mm long and 40 mm M.S. black tube on two posts of 60 mm dia M.S. black tube (Medium class) as per 1239 (Part-I ) 1979 2.03 metre long each and also provision of hold fasts of M.S. bars 12 mm and 25 cm long two on each post. The sheet has to be stove enameled or epoxy painting one side and other side retro-reflective high intensity and black non reflective letter in non reflective sheet. The standard letters and numbrals have to be made as per IRC 30-1968 and the board shall be conformed to the MoRTH specifications clause. 801 Post and outer frame of board to be painted with black and white strips of synthetic enamel paint with black and white strips.

Supply of Retro - reflective Name Board size 600 x 900 mm made out of 2mm thick aluminium sheet fixed on post and frame made out or angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm, 3Mtr. long using stainless steel nut bolts of 8 mm dia, aluminium sheet is covered with high intensity grade Retro-reflective sheeting and non reflective letters in black, post duly painted in black and white synthetic enamel, complete in all respect. Confirming to MoRTH specifications clause. 801

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M20 grade Nominal Mix 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Carriage of Meterial by mechanical transport Earth, sand, gravel, u/s kankar, lime, flyash, morrum, manure or sludge. For 5 K.M.

Supply of "L" type Bollard made out of 1.25 mm thick M.S. sheet height 134 cm, welded in circular type ring section having upper dia. 15 cm and lower dia. 21 cm with another attachment of 15 x15 cm circular section with 15 cm face plate and hold fast at bottom, whole body is processed in white stoving enamel and red reflective 3 bands, each of 7.5 cm and one reflective sheet of 15 cm dia. provided to it complete in all respect.

Rough Chisel dressed Sand stone 35 mm thick flooring of approved shade set over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) and pointing with cement sand mortar 1:3 with pigment to match the shade of stone with joint thickness up to 15 mm complete in all respects : Red sand stone (Karauli stone)
