Providing and laying in position cement concreet including curing, compaction etc completein specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level M 20 grade nomina mix 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement:1.5 Coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) including making joints with without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete including painting etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineerin- charge).

Providing and fixing of Precast concrete interlocking blocks of manufactured from fully computerized automatic stationery hydraulic vibro pressed machine & full computerized automatic batching plant of class A-1 as per BS : 6717-2001. The C.C. interlocking paving blocks be laid on average 25 mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead, lift, lifts & taxes general specifications of blocks.1. Supplying, erecting and fixing in position specified precast RCC bench made of RCC grade M-30 consisting of 2 Nos. “L” shaped base support of thickness 100 mm back height 1000mm, front height 450 mm, base width 420mm and 5 Nos. RCC planks of size of 1500x100 x 50 mm and 1 Nos RCC planks of 150x200x50mm including joining all parts with galvanised nuts and bolts of suitable size. All bolts to be sealed after assembly with nice finish and appearance and level complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge. Every bench should have a manufacture‘s logo of appropriate size Engraved at suitable place

Providing & fixing UV stabilised fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing upto any pitch including fixing with polymer coated ‘J’ or ‘L’ hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporating minimum 0.3% Ultra-voilet stabiliser in resin system under approximately 2400 psi and hot cured. They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall confoim to IS 10192 and IS 12866.The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified. 5.0mm thick (Wt. 8.4 Kg./Mtr. Providing and Fixing Aluminium composite panel of approved make 3mm thick with 0.5mm thick skin & PVDF coated approved shade for wall panelling. Main framing work to be done using 50mmx25mmx1.6mm tubular section of approved make. Stainless steel screw to be used to fix the ACP panel to be fixed to the main frame with industrial adhesive tape and panel groove to be sealed with weather proof silicon sealant suitable for glass/aluminium etc. complete in all respect as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish : 20 mm thick.
