Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 1: 4: 8 or leaner mix.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meter lead: For thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide

Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in: Cement Mortar 1:4 ( 1-Cement : 4-Sand).

Random Rubble stone masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto five level above 30cm. thick walls in : Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand).

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and or required shade to give an even shade including all scaffolding: Old work (One or more coats).

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm ).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : one or more coats on old work

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand): Dark shade using ordinary cement.

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish : 20mm thick

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead : With cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) For area of each slab from 2001 to 5000 Sq.Cm

Providing and fixing of Precast concrete interlocking blocks of manufactured from fully computerized automatic stationery hydraulic vibro pressed machine & full computerized automatic batching plant of class A-1 as per BS : 6717-2001. The C.C. interlocking paving blocks be laid on average 25 mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead, lift, lifts & taxes general specifications of blocks.1. Carriage of earth, sand, lime, morrum, manure or sludge etc. including loading and unloading complete with all lead.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M20 grade Nominal Mix 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Supply of stacking of good earth at site complete including loading unloading & transportation etc.

Spreading of maure and good earth in required thickness (Cost of manure and good earth to be paid separately)

Centering and Shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways and removal of formwork for foundation , footings, strap beam, raft , bases of columns etc.
