CROSS TRAINER Providing and fixing of Cross trainer of size 1320mm (Length) x 600mm (Width) x 1750mm. (Height) fabricated with the main frame Pipes of 80NB shall be made of “C” Class G.I and pipe with single bend pipe with 250mm radius. The bottom support of M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. The Handle Frame shall be made up of 25NB “C” Class G.I. Pipe. The foundation should be used for fixing is a structure and shall be made from center pipe of G.I. pipe of 80 NB “C” class welded with M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. Main pipe should be supported with 25 mm X 25mm M.S. angles of 3 mm thickness and 20mm x 40mm and CRC square pipes of 3mm thickness. To build structure bushes to be used which shall be made from M.S.seamless pipe of 60mm OD with 5 mm thickness. The footrests shall be made from Aluminum casting material of size 130 mm X 310mmX5mm thickness and mounted on M.S. Plate of Size 130mmx310mmx3mm thick. The handle movement round frame shall be made up from 25 NB “C” class G.I. pipe. SEATED PULLER Providing and fixing of Seated Puller of size 1900mm (Length) x 740mm (Width) x 1920mm. (Height) fabricated with a center pipe is of 100NB shall be made from “C” Class G.I. pipe. Bottom support of M.S. round plate of Ø 250 mm & 10mm thickness shall be welded. All linkages shall be made up of 25NB “C” class G.I. pipe. The handle frame of 32NB “C” class G.I. pipe. The seat frame of 32NB “C” class G.I. pipe, To build structure bushes to be used which shall be made from seamless pipe of 60mm O.D. and 5mm thickness as well as 60mm diameter solid bar bush shall be used. LEG PRESS Providing and fixing of Leg Press of size 1840mm (Length) x 360mm (Width) x 1560mm. (Height) fabricated with a center pipe of 100mm NB shall be made from “C” Class G.I. pipe. The Sleeve frame of 100 OD and of M.S. Seamless Pipe with thickness 5mm. This sleeve should be disassembled from main frame. The bottom support shall be made up of M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. The remaining outer frame of 32NB shall be made from “C” class G.I. pipe. The foundation should be used for fixing is a structure and shall be made from center pipe of G.I. of 80mm. NB “C” class welded with M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. FRP sheet of 3mm thickness shall be moulded on main frame. The remaining frame of the sit up board of 32mm NB shall be made from “C” class GI pipe. The powder coating shall be done with Pure Polyester powder Ackzonoble or Berger Paints with 60 to 70 micron thickness. The foundation shoud be used for fixing is a structure and shall be made from center pipe of G.I. of 80 NB “C” class Welded with M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. The handle frame of 32NB shall be made from “C” Class G.I. pipe. 40mm x 40mm CRC square pipes frame shall be placed on the 25mm x 25mm x3mm M.S. L Angle with 60 x 10m thickness flat should be used for support. Closing Caps shall be made up of high quality Fiber reinforced Plastic material. METALLIC DOUBLE WASTE BIN 64LT Metal double post mounted waste bin "pyramid" has 64 lt. capacity (2Χ32). Electrostatic paint in a variety of RAL colors. It consists of the main body, two outside bins and two inner bins (baskets). The inner baskets will be constructed from galvanized steel sheet metal, with 0.6mm thickness, and have two handles for easy waste disposal. The base is constructed from specially formed steel sheet metal, with 3mm thickness, square shaped with a side of 330mm with holes at the four corners for fixing it into the ground (cement or tiled) with screws and plugs with appropriate cross section. Cleaning of all the toilets/urinals in parks/area mentioned above is to be done regular with harpik, surf etc. phenole and nepthline balls are to be provided to keep the facilities fresh and clean. if any plant dies during te period of maintinance then contractor has be replace at his own cost. Contractor will be provide 06 guards/chokidaar, 03 gardenar and 04 sweepar daily for this work. complete work includes all necessary T&P .
