Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Varnishing with varnish of approved brand and manufacture : Two or more coats glue sizing with copal varnish over an under coat of flatting varnish.

Polishing on wood work with ready mixed wax polish of approved brand and manufacture : New Work

Providing and applying Melamine polish on teak wood work of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade with two or more coats by compressor including sand papering, wood filler coat etc complete in all respect: New Surface

Providing & Fabrication of Dustbin having Two Box of size each Dia 450mm and 580mm in height, fixed on MS pipe (Dia 80mm) both side having Cover lid will be 45 degree Openable with hinges. A Rim should be fix to hang the polythene, will be 20 mm dia pipe. FInish with Grey Matt powder coating as Per approved drawing / as direction of Engineer Incharge.

P&F MS signage pole of overall height 2.7 Mtr with MS. base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 12 mm, on existing foundation including painting and finishing with two coats of desired shade of enamel paint complete in all respect as required. The pole shall confirm following specifications as per Drawing bottom length 1.1 mtr(100 mm OD) Upper length 1.41 mtr (75 mm OD), Manufacturing of the pole should be customized for UIT kota by manufacturer. as per attached Drawing complete in all respect as per direction of Engineering-in charge & Architect

Supply of High Intensity retro reflecting Type IV sign plate made out of 2.0 mm thick aluminum sheet/4.0 mm thick ACP face to be fully covered with blue / green high intensity grade retro reflective sheet and logo/ matters, boarder made of with similar type of white sheeting after etching treatment of aluminum sheet , the back side is to be painted with epoxy grey paint. The plate is to be fixed on 40x40x5 mm angle iron frame with help of aluminum rivets.

Providing and fixing 12MM toughened glass and staking with spider SS fittings & Weather proofing of glass panels using weather proof silicon (Dow Corny 789) complete in all respect as per drawings attached (Drg-7), as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and Architect with all lead and lift.

Providing, fabricating, assembling and erection of pre stressed Special Architectural structure roofing structure in desired profile as per conceptual drawing , with Type II precontraint as per manufacturing and supplying standards by Serge Ferrari, Verseidag or Equivalent. The membrane should confirm to the manufacturing standard of being pre stretched in both weft and waft direction during manufacturing to perform best dynamic stability in both weft and waft direction with approved installers and Manufacturer for Architectural Roofing ,(Construction Catalysers/Ancon India/Grorich Horivert.) The fabric must be of HT polyester yarns 1100 Dtex coated with uniform 230 micron PVC coating over the polyester yarn. The top quote over the PVC must be of high concentration with easy clean ability and superior white pigmentation of the membrane. The dimensional stability of the fabric should be measured as per elongation test of 24h -10daN/5cm which should confirm 1%-1% (EN 15977) and residual elongation should confirm 0.4%-0.4% (EN 15977) ensuring dimensional stability in both weft and waft direction, minimum weight should be 900 to 950g/sqm (EN ISO 2286-2), 4200 / 4000 N/50 mm (EN ISO 1421) and tear strength of 550 / 500 N (DIN 53.363) and with a Guarantee of 15 yrs (with non depreciating guarantee for first three years) from the manufacturer, width of the fabric should be 2.67 mtr, Adhersion 120 N (EN ISO 2411). Flame retardancy Bs2d0 -, Quality in conformity with ISO 9001 with 15 years warranty from manufacturer. The Membrane fabrication should confirm to standards of desired profile as per approved shop drawing including necessary designing with non-linear design software, seaming machine at least capacity from 20 kv to 25kv not including travelers seaming machine, CNC plotter & cutter machine for cutting of membrane pattern, swage end machine upto 30mm dia cables etc. The wilding should be using High Frequency welding machine of minimum welding seam width with 50 mm. This work shall include CHS members of YST 310 Mpa, plates - YST 245 MPa, anchor bolt , nut and washer are to be HDG Gr.8.8, structure steel cables should be with class A HDG wire rope with minimum tensile strength of 1570 MPa and single construction, swagged cable end connectors. All fabricated steel members should be zinc primer (DFT 50 microns minimum), top coat of HB epoxy paint (DFT 100 microns), top PU to coat (DFT 50 microns), over steel structure frames with all fittings and fixtures such as Stainless steel End Plate ,Shackles, Rigging Screws , Turnbuckles, swedge, fork , keder rods & galvanized MS strands with stainless steel end terminals asper Drawing / Detail & as per particular/ technical specifications and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge and the submitted approved drawing. The contactor shall provide original warranty certificate issued by his company with manufacturer warranty. Actual surface area of canopy end to end shall only be measured in square meter correct up to two decimal places. (Rate includes cost of fabric, patterns, forming, cutting, fabrication, hot weld stitch of fabric, Transport to the site, assembling and installation with GI strands, hardware, EPDM gasket and required accessories wherever required complete including lifts up to all heights, tools & plants, and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge). Supplying and fixing at site, Bronze Metal Alloy (88% Copper, 8% Tin and 4% Zinc) sculpture including Planning, developing, casting, all loading-unloading, transportation, scaffolding, hoisting, installation with all required T&P, fixing over/on base/surface as per shape -size & placement at all heights as per approved drawing, finishing, surface treatment etc. covering properly till the date of opening/inauguration of site etc. Modelling, 3D scanning of model Robotic machining (enlargement of model to desired height), assembling and final detailing, Piece moulding, Wax casting (Lost wax process), Wax chasing, sprung Investing, metal casting, Divesting, metal chasing, Brazing/Welding Finishing and Patina/Colour etc. Complete job in all respect as per approved design & drawing under approval of project consultant, appointed for the project & as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge complete in all respect. (Theme, concept plan, schematic arrangement, other relevant details and drawings of element/statue/sculpture are enclosed. The final drawing shall be provided after award of the work.) Note: Payment shall be made per kg of the finished sculpture (final payment shall be paid after test result of composition-If variation in composition of alloy metal observed the rate shall be paid accordingly). Other masonry, concreting, steel reinforcement plastering etc. required shall be paid extra but additional support if required for bronze metal alloy sculpture, shall be of Stainless steel/ zinc coated iron steel etc. for which nothing shall be paid extra.) Base of the Model in Sheesham Wood with painting and polishing is also included in this item.

Supplying and fixing at site, single piece solid stone element/statue/sculpture/Ornamental pillar etc. including moulding if any, made out by carving work in first class (Superior class) JODHPUR-PINK stone free from cracks, flaws & stains etc. with additional/required carving work (3-dimensional work) on stone element including Planning, developing, making base, carving work, carving work, text/graphics engraving with painting on the stones as per approved design, polishing, all loading-unloading, transportation, scaffolding, hoisting, installation with all required T&P (including white cement, pigment, Chemical, SS clamps and fasteners of approved brand etc.), fixing over/on base/surface as per shape-size & placement of approved drawing , finishing, surface treatment etc. covering properly till the date of opening/inauguration of site etc. The stone should be pre/post -treated with suitable chemical polish for maintaining original color and Ceramic surface treatment to be done to avoid surface staining & effect of external weather condition, pollution & dust etc. Proto type model of element/statue/sculpture (fiber glass or plaster of Paris) may also be required of same shape, size and detailing, for which nothing be paid extra. Preferably, the single piece stone block shall be used for the particular element/statue/sculpture but if not possible, material from the same block/lot of stone, shall only be used for similarity & fine n hair line pasting/jointing shall be done with suitable material in such a way so that joint(s) be not visible from front site. Complete job in all respect including in-lay work if required, as per approved design & drawing under approval of project consultant, appointed for the project & as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Payment shall be made as per cubical block size of largest O/O dimension of each finished part/full product in each direction from which the element/statue/sculpture etc. is prepared.
